Tom answered my questions very promptly and further advice and recommendations were given. Equipment arrived much more quickly than I expected and proved to be exactly what I wanted. A quality, robust product.
Tom, was excellent with the options he gave me and the Launcher Options he gave me. Everything from the Launcher to the hitting area is really good quality. I did have one minor teething issue with my Garmin R50 Launcher, I reported it to Tom , who put me onto the Garmin helpline and they where excellent too. The issue was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. I honestly couldn't be happier with the after service and my Sim setup and would highly recommend Tom and OpenGolfer to all golfers looking for an indoor solution. 5 Stars from me.

Excellent customer service! Unfortunately, my original golf mat went missing during delivery, but Open Golfer dealt with the issue brilliantly. As soon as I contacted them, they arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away with no hassle.
The replacement arrived quickly, and the golf mat itself is excellent quality. It’s durable, feels great to practice on, and is exactly what I was looking for.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its customers and resolves problems so efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Open Golfer and will definitely buy from them again
Spoke with Tom about a couple of home practice options and with his help we’ve got the perfect set up for our space. Ordered on the Wednesday and delivered on the Thursday.
