I initially accessed the site more to see what was available than to actually start a process so I baled-out when it came to being put in contact with the three agents. The process to that stage had been simple and easy to follow. The following day I received a follow up call, which I felt was indicative of a business that was proactive.I had a long conversation with Richa explaining my circumstances, and found her understanding and empathetic. Richa identified an agent she thought would satisfy my requirements. I had no sooner finished my conversation with Richa than Jordan was on the phone, and we have since had several conversations and he is actively pursuing the sale process for the house. All together a very satisfactory experience from OpenAgent. Well done.
