$900+ wasted on a shady company
I ordered over $900 worth of hoodies from this company. I received the shirts on 10/4 and they were drastically different from what I ordered and approved. In addition, I paid extra to have the design sized up on larger sizes, but they did not provide the service I paid for. I contacted them on 10/4 to request a refund or reprint. 24 days later, they still have done nothing to fix their mistake. Their customer service reps via phone and email promise a resolution soon each time, but never follow up. I have contacted them at least 10 times. Do not use this company.

This company has zero respect for their customers. I ordered 30 tshirts for my employees as I am growing my business and hired 3 new plumbers. The delivery date was set for some 3 weeks from the date I made my order. I waited the entire time needing these shirts so my techs would be representing my brand. The “guaranteed” delivery date arrives and this company without notice or reason cancels my order and issues a refund. I call and speak with an agent who tells me they are out of the brand shirt I ordered then tells me it was an issue with the colors I wanted. They couldn’t respect me enough to call or email me 2 or 3 weeks prior when they knew this was an issue. Instead they leave me with having to go to another site and redesign shirts and now wait for another 3 maybe 4 weeks to get shirts. I’m honestly kind of speechless at how little respect or care I was shown. Then they ask me if I want to change the colors and wait another 2 1/2 weeks and they will get my shirts. No discount no rush on the product or shipping.. just trust them that they will deliver. Are you effing kidding me??!! Absolutely LIVID
Awesome Custom Shirt Company!
This company was easy to use and was reasonably priced. I saw a lot of reviews claiming ooshirts as a ripoff, but I decided to use it anyway to see how things would go. The shirts arrived ten days early and in perfect condition. The process was easy and I had zero problems with ooshirts. Reliable custom shirt company and I will be using it again in the future.
Horrible experience.
This company shafted me, plain and simple. I ordered 6 shirts, 3 of 2 different sizes. The first 3 came and I was pleased. The 2nd group came later and didn't look the same at all. I tried their customer service, but they are horrible. I recommend you try another company.
Worst customer support and delivery…
Worst customer support and delivery imaginable. We paid for expedited shipping with guaranteed delivery on July 31st. The order did not arrive today. Checked the website and it said still printing. Called support and after a long time on the phone was told they would have to follow up because sometimes their system doesn't update. Was told it would not arrive on time but they couldn't tell me when. They said they would call back. They never did. They sent an email saying they shipped it today the 31st but sent via usps and it wouldn't arrive until Monday. When I called back they showed little sympathy and when I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping, I was told we'd have to file a claim but they could do that for me. They FAILED to meet commitment, and we failed to receive our product in time for the event. If they would have shipped overnight, we would have received it in time still because we left a little cushion. So not only did they charge me for expediting shipping but when they missed delivery, they didn't overnight ship it to make up time but will keep my money for expediting unless I file a claim. Lesson learned never again dealing with these guys. Back to customink. As they say you get what you pay for and in this case we got a lot less.

Talk About a Bad First Impression
An absolute bad first and last experience with ooShirts. Placed an order, got it reviewed and approved, then it went into production. After almost 2 weeks in production, they reach out to me to let me know they are low on stock and color swaps and have to refund my order. Now I have to tell my customers it will take longer for them to get their shirts and I have to go through the hassle again of finding another company to produce shirts for me. What kind of mickey mouse operation is this? Would never recommend to anyone.

I ordered several custom shirts with a rush order for an event. The shirts were delivered late, missing the event and rendering them useless. When I requested a full refund, I was only offered a 25% off coupon for a future order. I refused this offer and have since been stonewalled by ooo shirts. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER. TRUST ME. Can I give less than 1 star? I ordered t-shirts rush ordered on May 30 and uploaded artwork with 7 colors. I was notified that the graphic was a bit involved needing to be DTG (direct to garment). They told me it would take a few extra days and refunded me the extra I paid for rush shipping. Good so far. I had conversations with them expressing the desire to get the shirts ASAP and they indicated that it may take an extra couple days but that I should get them by about June 6th or 7th. In the meantime I had actually ordered a couple more shirts. They sent me a proof of the graphic for approval but the design was incorrect and only had 5 colors. I declined the proof and on May 31st I re-sent and approved the final 7 color graphic. ( I had a rainbow design) I watched and watched for tracking and the product didn't ship until June 5th even though I had an email saying I should get it on June 6th. Shipping was slow and I received the shirts on June 14th. Eight to nine day delivery. Really! Much to my dismay I opened the box of shirts to have all the shirts made with the first, declined 5 color graphic. The rainbow had red, yellow, green, blue and black . I called immediately on the 14th and was instructed to open a claim which I did on the same day (the 14th). I received an email from a claims person (Islela) on June 18th asking me to take a picture of each shirt and send them so they could PROMPTLY resolve the problem. Now, I did not see this email until the 20th and responded on the 20th with all of the pictures of each shirt as they had directed. Crickets....crickets.... No response. I called and talked to customer service many times and they said they tried to connect me to the claim department with no answer. I was instructed to wait for an email response. Crickets. I called on Friday June 28th and said I needed a response that day. Customer service said that was reasonable and that I would receive a response. Again, nothing. I officially contacted my credit card company July 1st a month after the order was placed to recoup my money. The bottom line is that their customer service says the right thing to pacify you but then the company does not follow through. I still have the incorrect order because quite simply they never contacted me to tell me what to do with it. I'm not paying to send the bad shirts back. But they are not really usable other than to mow the lawn or paint the house.

Horrible service, will call you 10-15 days after you pay for an order when its near your desired date of delivering to you w changes. Will charge your account without your approval .

I do NOT recommend this company. Not only is the customer service severely lacking, when they actually did reply and send a replacement for the messed up shirts I received, they were half the size of the original one and the design was STILLS messed up. Now I can't get any call back or email back forba fix or refund. Horrible company and everyone should stay away.

I ordered 8 shirts from ooShirts. I received only 5 shirts ! The color was wrong on the front design, and the back logo was printed 7.5 in below the tagline, not the normal 4in. I tried to get them to reprint them, but their customer service took so long(more than 2 weeks) to give me an answer, because they kept asking for more pictures! Anyway, now I'm scrambling to get these printed in 2 days from another company.
Frustrated to say the least
Frustrated to say the least. Lots they do well, just not a few of the specifics I really needed. When checking out it asked if I wanted to do two different screens, and had a box you had to check to confirm you didn’t want two screens. I confirmed I did not, and placed my I order before going out of town. Two days later I receive a call and voicemail that my order is on hold because they need to know if I needed two screens! I told them no I didn’t and found out that the delay now made me miss the deadline I needed the shirts by. So I had to cancel half the order. They lost $300+ trying to upsell me on a $50 screen that I had already said I didn’t want. I later had the other half of the shirts delayed because of an art proof needed approval. Is the design I made and submitted not approval enough. Just print the dang shirts, I need them quickly. Used a diff company, next order. More expensive, but much more streamlined. Ooshirts, feel free to contact me if you want me to come work for you and help you make it better. :)

I ordered shirts from this company on May 17, using a photo of a friend for his bachelor party and made payment. On May 20, they tell me I have to pay an extra $86 for it to be printed via DTG Print so I paid the extra amount. They sent me various emails from May 20 to June 3 stating the shirts were in production and would only take 11 days before shipping. On June 3 I** call this company requesting an update on my order. They then proceed to tell me FOURTEEN DAYS LATER that they cannot produce the shirts using the photo. The event is next week.

They gave me a credit on an order they screwed up for $300. I didn’t use it fast enough so I just lose out on the $300 and get an incomplete order. Will not use again or recommend to a friend. Bunch of bums
Will Missout on event shirts if ordered with them
I needed the shirts by April 25th and when I placed the order, it was showing April 23rd as delivery date. I called a couple.of times and I was assured by Darlene that.order will be delivered on time. When I noticed that a few days had left and order was still not shipped, I called again, but Darlene assured me not to worry about it because her leadership had assured her order will be delivered on time. When I received the tracking number and a it was still showing that order hadn't been shipped. I requested to speak with the supervisor and Darlene refused and said her leadership is aware of the issue and they will call me. No one ever called despite my about a dozen called. Order is late and my event is today. I can't use shirts which was an important aspect of event. Terrible service.
Cancelled Order without Notice
I placed my order of shirts for a school fundraiser and they never arrived. When I contacted the company, they said my order was cancelled and they would refund me. No communication until I contacted them! It was extremely unprofessional and frustrating!
Fire the QC (Quality Control)
Fire the QC (Quality Control) I made a simple order..just three shirts. The image was a vector based image. It was recommended that the design go DTG (Direct to Garment) so I obliged. Any quality control person looking at the garment after one print would know that this job shouldn't be approved. The image and text came out blurry with some bleed and fuzziness in the text overall. It should've been silkscreened or heat transferred. This should've been communicated even at the slight increase of cost. Now I have three useless t-shirts that will make good for a wiping rag.

I previously worked with this company on a design for my husband's company and we were able to obtain the information in a timely manner. However, when I went to order again, they could not do the same design that they did just 4 months ago, the order never arrived, and no communication was provided. This was a terrible experience.
