Works perfectly - great watch

I was initially concerned, after seeing some negative reviews on trustpilot after I placed an order with oobuy. But my worries were unfounded, the item arrived fairly quickly at a good price, what more could you ask.

Few comms probs due to date of delivery however resolved satisfactorily. Item turned up so redeemed themselves

Ordered Friday delivered Monday no problems at all

Overall good service and happy with the product.

There was nothing oo the advent for the product purchased was reconditioned. If I had known I wouldn't have bought it

I have purchased item and the I have received, apparently the item was out of stock but on website it was showing that is available. Has been wasting of time for me and delay with birthday gift.

I had read some of the reviews and was a little worried!
I was really pleased with my purchase, arrived promptly and was brand new, did have a european plug with it which I hadn’t realised but didn’t matter, works perfectly! Would use again

Product exactly as advertised, was a little suspicious as the price was much lower than other retailers, delivery on time

I made my purchase 6 days ago, and I still have not received it from this company or had an email confirmation of this being late. I was to free delivery and this will take 2 to 4 days.
Not a happy customer as this was purchased for a birthday what has now passed. Luke H

No delivery after 3 weeks,
No answer to the query

I ordered Garmin Venu 2s and because I didn't receive any confirmation of shipping I wrote to them after three days and was told that they don't have it in stock and expecting new stock in nearly two weeks. So they sold me something they don't even have and were not bothered to let me know about it. They offered refund. I decided to wait at the moment and we'll see what happens next week.

Update 20/02
Order placed on 05/02. On the website product available and shipping method Royal Mail 24 or 48. On the 13/02 I received an email with tracking number. When checked with Royal Mail, nothing appears. My conversation with them got me even more frustrated. I was accused of having a tone that it's not something that they want from their customers and that I "instantly left a scathing feedback" (they sent me an email with an ask to leave a feedback). I don't really know what feedback I should leave. On 15/02 I was told that to ease my mind I will get a refund (which I did not requested).
Today is 20/02 and there is no neither watch nor refund. The watch was meant to be a Valentine's day present.

This is my experience and my subjective opinion. You may have totally different one, who knows.

I bought 2 garmin watches, kept one and sent one back.So far no problem with kept watch.The problem is returning. It took a few trys to get a return invoice sent, parcelled up and sent as advised. I sent 1st class post and receipt and Oobuy.co.uk claiming not to have received it. I didn't send recorded and signed delivery, which didn't state on the Website therefore I can't claim from Royal Mail. My advice be really careful about sending returns, I only have Oobuy.co.uk word that they didn't receive my return and now I am £125 down. So please use signed for delivery. When I messaged Oobuy.co.uk the answer where not really helpful just said contact the post.
