I purchased a pair of glasses from OOAK, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing.

The product quality is far below expectations: the materials feel cheap, the finishing lacks attention to detail, and overall durability seems questionable even after just a few uses. Considering the price, the value for money is simply not there.

What concerns me the most, however, is what happened after the purchase. Following the transaction, I noticed suspicious charges on my bank account linked to a company that appears to be associated with the brand. I cannot definitively confirm their direct responsibility, but this situation has seriously undermined my trust.

Overall, between the poor product quality and this worrying experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying.

Extremely frustrated with OOAK. I ordered the MONTREAL frames based on the sleek rectangular look online, but what arrived was a boxy, square mess, total misrepresentation. Beyond the look, the quality is just bad. The lenses are improperly fitted, creating visible stress distortion that makes them impossible to wear without eye strain. The frames themselves are rough with visible mold burrs and pits. I have reached out multiple times for a refund for these clearly defective items, but they have flat-out refused and only offer more replacements. If you value your money and your eyesight, stay away

Más de un mes y medio esperando el envío de las gafas, siempre estado “en proceso” contacte con ellos varias veces y me pedían paciencia cuando según ellos me tenía que llegar el producto en 10 días después de pagarlo. Finalmente amenace con denunciar y pedir a visa la retirada de pago por incumplimiento de condiciones de envío. Gane la disputa. Tengo mi dinero.

Very low-quality sunglasses, way too small, and the delivery time was over a month. Refunds are only given if the glasses are damaged — not if they don’t fit or you simply don’t like them.

I order few products and payed already but it’s been a month and I still don’t have an update on delivery and asked for refund but they kept saying, it’s in process!

Terrible cheap plastic sunglasses… don’t buy!!!

I ordered the buy one get THREE MORE deal, thinking it was too good to be true. I received them and I gotta say, it is too good and it is true. The materials and quality are amazing and durable. Designs are what they say they are, extremely impressed.
