Any time I need a question answered or to know how to fix an issue, I can chat live with an Ontraport support person. They are always pleasant, patient, and helpful.

Best money I spend monthly to support me business!

I rely on "chat" support to save me time when problem solving issues for my business's various internet platforms ... yet many times, "chatting" ends up being an inconvenience due to glitches, slow response times, multiple verification processes, chat bots and generic answers, chat rules, etc. NOT WITH ONTRAPORT!!! I have been a customer for several years and I always look forward to connecting with one of their support agents. The exchange IS ALWAYS upbeat, refreshing (even comical). I often feeling like I am connecting with a super awesome friend. They treat me as a very valued customer. Are patience. Have a genuine interest in my success. Crazy fast and extremely knowledgeable support. I've never had an issue that was not solved in one brief exchange. And that's just the support team. In terms of marketing, there is NOTHING I haven't been able to accomplish with all the bells ans whistles of the features of their platform. And I haven't even begun scratching the surface of what is available to me. Hands down best money I spend monthly to support my business!

Rachel was AWESOME

Rachel was AWESOME! She walked me through each step of the way and allowed time and space for my questions. She provided multiple screencast videos to ensure I understood her instruction and stayed on the chat while I made sure I could appropriately follow the directions. After which she double checked my work and troubleshooted with me. So impressed and EXTREMELY appreciative!

Love Ontraport and love the support team.

I have a complex business and whilst I always try to figure stuff out, sometimes you just need a prod in the right direction. Rashelle in particular spend a good chunk of time today helping me solve some things that had been a roadblock for a few days. Great work and much appreciated

Good Customer Interaction

The staff is always professional. The main reason that I didn't give the company a 5-star is because questions are addressed via chat instead of the phone. This tends to take longer and sometimes makes it more difficult to understand.

Ontraport is a great platform

Ontraport is a great platform, but what really makes it top notch is the level of support and the quality of the people offering technical support. Every single person I've worked with has been helpful, responsive, professional and just plain fun to work with.

I moved everything to Ontraport

I moved from ActiveCampaign to Ontraport because I could do more in Ontraport. Except for Calendly (which I hear they are coming out with something similar in 2022). I canceled all my other services - web hosting, course hosting, and email hosting; and am now using Ontraport.

I used Zoho, which has similar capabilities, but their support was horrible and their systems are difficult to understand. Ontraport support, in my EST time zone, is open until midnight 6 days a week. And they have immediate chat during that time, with shorter hours on Sunday. And they also have video assistance that you can schedule - usually the same or next day. Plus, they have free hour-long on-boarding support - 2 sessions whenever you want to schedule them, it doesn't have to be immediate. And you can always email questions 24 hours a day. I can't say enough about their support options and availability. At least 90% of their support people seem really great and knowledgeable. All the techs speak and understand English natively. They also have a YouTube channel with great videos, and a FaceBook community that is extremely active and knowledgeable, plus an excellent online manual, and booklet Guides on individual features.

One of the best features of Ontraport for a newbie is your ability to get up and going quickly. They have pre-made templates that ask you questions and based on your answers, create the webpages, emails, and full automation, and include your logo. Totally awesome! And totally customizable afterward to your needs.

I love how Ontraport is always improving. Each week (yes, week) they are coming out with new features and improving old ones. If you are creating an online course, then Kajabi is the only other company I know of that is improving this fast. I expect that in 2022 I might recommend Ontraport over Kajabi for courses. In my case, Kajabi couldn't handle the branching based on user answers that I needed, so I had to use Ontraport. And Ontraport is far superior in tracking customers and marketing capabilities - similar to ActiveCampaign, only with more features.

To summarize, Ontraport is pretty much unlimited in capabilities.

They have amazing automation and marketing capabilities. This means that you should be able to scale without going into overload - let the automation handle it!

If you are a programmer, they also have custom programming available for the pages, plus Webhooks, an API, Zapier and other connections. And anything you don't understand, you can hire someone in the FaceBook Ontraport Community to do for you.

Here are the limitations that concerned me: page speed - it comes up fast, but then may take time to load everything until the user reaches that portion of the page, and you can't use some of the newest graphic formats to improve speed. You can store files and videos in Ontraport, but not big ones. You can't yet store files that users upload, but I hear that is coming in 2022. Once I run out of storage, I can purchase more space; but I will need to store my course videos and larger files on other platforms, which they don't seem to want to change.

As far as price, they are average to high. They give you a 14-day free trial at the $297 level - AWESOME! Then as you are setting it up, if you haven't finished in the 2 weeks, start with their $79 plan until you run into something where you need the $147 plan. But you are definitely going to need the $147 plan, and want to go to the $297 plan as soon as you get the features at the $147 level understood and working for you. At the $297 plan, they have full database capabilities. Wow! this means creating blogs, chats, storing individual answers, fully customized web pages for each user, and much more. At that point, I'd say the $297, even though expensive, is worth it to have an all-in-one platform and support, compared to paying for these services from others, even though they may be less expensive, because of the additional integration headaches.

Ontraport has helped us start to…automate our emails, tasks, and memberships.

Ontraport has helped us start to automate many of our tasks- they will do so much more than we do now but we are only just starting to use them. The best thing about Ontraport is their robust customer support with live chat, screen sharing, and additional technical support. If you are looking for a robust CSM and more they are definitely a great choice.
