AVOID AT ALL COSTS I ordered a whole range of furniture from The Range. The wardrobe was being delivered by Ontime Couriers. What a joke with the name, item supposed to be delivered on the monday didnt arrive until the saturday.
if that wasnt enough they damaged my floor while delivering the packages.
I notified The Range and the delivery company as soon as it happened. Both companies refuse to accept responsibility as I didnt video the actual delivery!
Nowhere on either of their sites does it state you must video delivery.
Shocking customer service please avoid!

There are a lot of bad reviews about this company, however we’ve had a great experience. We ordered a wardrobe through b&q and was sent all the tracking information, the tracking updated and we were advised of an ETA. I can see why there are bad reviews, as the tracking stopped updating once it had arrived at their depo so I emailed on the day to ask when delivery would be made as we hadn’t heard anything. The company got back to me almost instantly saying the next day. I then checked the tracking again which said it had been delivered so I contacted them again to confirm and again, I received a quick response to say the next day and that I would receive a call an hour before. The delivery drivers did just that and were actually 10 mins early.

Whilst I appreciate each delivery is different and the tracking app is a bit questionable, I would say we have had a very positive experience and the communication has been excellent. I feel confident in using them again.

My recent delivery experience has been one of the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered an item through Debenhams, and the tracking from OntimeCourier stated that the parcel was delivered — but nothing ever arrived.

To make things worse, after the failed delivery, I was contacted on WhatsApp by someone claiming to be from the courier, who already had the details of my order and the item value. They pushed me to pay for a “replacement item,” which immediately raised red flags. I should never be receiving WhatsApp messages from a courier asking for money.

I’ve tried to get answers about the missing parcel and the strange messages, but so far I’ve received no helpful response or proper explanation.

This experience has left me frustrated, uncomfortable, and without my order. I would strongly recommend that others be extremely cautious when dealing with this courier service

1 star is too many. They have one job and seems they are incapable of that. Put me off ever ordering from Debenhams again now I've had the pleasure of dealing with this courier company. They are legit going to be the reason Debenhams goes bust again.

they are working with slidingwardrobes 4 U, through amazon, to take peoples money and pretend the wardrobe has been delivered
they will forge your signature to show it’s been ‘delivered’ when there is no sign of a wardrobe. I don't think the wardrobe ever existed.

I ordered a wardrobe from HomeDone, and the courier is Ontimecourier. They did not reply to my phone calls and messages on the agreed dates. They failed to deliver several times, using different excuses.

I am not sure if this wardrobe actually exists. It is more like a scam.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.

So the seller Wardrobes4U trading under Amazon, have been a complete nightmare.
Charged extra £20 to lift my wardrobe up 2 flights of stairs.
Mirrored door delivered cracked. Has taken from 5th Feb -12th March to receive a replacement.
Plenty or arguing and vague language used by seller to confuse matters/stalling techniques.
Today delivery guy from ontimecourier.co.uk arrived and was arrogant, rudea and alone. I was expected to carry the door with him as they don't do 2man delivery for replacements.
I have major respiratory issues due to long covid, when I said this he laughed in my face.
Disgusting service and the weird thing is Amazon seem tied as to how they can help?! These people shouldn't be trading especially under Amazon.
At least I've eventually got the item which is more than I see some people have from the reviews.

Got an item coming on wed so book day off work. Sunday get an email saying item will be with me on Monday book day off work. Monday get phone call to be told item with me in Tue so book day off work told work I'll be back on Wednesday.

Just had call item now not getting to me till Wednesday so ring work for 3rd time to book day off.

Only had job 3 weeks and now been finished at work

Like the other reviews say, this company is completely fake, but I do believe it starts from the seller. I purchased a wardrobe from Sliding Wardrobes 4U on Amazon and it never arrived while the tracking number shows delivered. They know how to play the game and change the status of the item on Amazon, I am currently fighting for a refund. Avoid at all costs!

FAKE. Bought a wardrobe from OnBuy suppliers is Sliding Wardrobes 4 U. Even though they have given me a tracking number it says it’s still with sliding doors. Have emailed them and co reacted them but no response. Phone line doesn't work either.

TOTAL SCAMMERS NEED TO BE TAKEN DOWN.

Purchased a Wardrobe with Furniture Bazar who have since changed the name of their store to Mn Furniture on Amazon.

Wanted to return the item, all the do is send a tracking number for a collection by ontimcourier.co.uk who shockingly never turn up. Much wider Con than just the courier.

This company does not exist they have been set up by fraudsters. They lie and steal your goods to take your money. Someone needs to close this fraudulent operation down!

I ordered and paid for a wardrobe from sliding doors for u off amazon and they never arrived the company said it was despatched and on its way but never arrived i questioned sent numerous emails as you cant contact them by phone and they NEVER responded to any emails they falsely claimed they delivered even falsely did a digital signature saying they had delivered they are cowboys beware !!

Giving out false information...saying they have your item and its on its way when it hasnt even been dispatched. They are working in cohoots with dodgy sellers...BEWARE. This has happened to me twice with ManoMano and onBuy.

This is a online courier that was meant deliver our sofa that we ordered from a company called Sliding Wardrobes 4U. Its now been over 1 month and there is no telephone number and I do believe that this Courier company does not exist. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER AND IF YOU ARE BUYING FROM WOWCHER OR ANY COUPON WEBSITE. DECLINE THE PURCHASE. . I have sent them countless emails and they never reply and on top of that they stated that they delivered the Sofa yesterday (ie even though they didn't and did not leave a card). STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They have delivered the Sofa

Like the other reviewer I think this may be fake.
Onbuy,com have been claiming this is my courier but the status hasn't changed, the email address is unrecognised and using the online contact disappears.

Don't touch Onbuy.com or Ontimecourier.co.uk
