On The Go Moves Anmeldelser

I moved on the 22nd May and had a complication with delay in getting the keys. However Vish and his team were fantastic, quick, efficient and cheerful.

Excellent service, professional communication - nothing too much bother. I would highly recommend On the go moves and I was particularly impressed by Vish and Jay.

I cannot speak highly enough about Vish, Jay and the OtG team. The care and effort that they all put into our move was amazing and enabled us to actually almost relax and enjoy the day, certain that we were in safe hands. The preparation and protection was also second to none with stuff being carefully wrapped and labelled with probably more care than we would have taken ourselves - nothing was left to chance.
Our move went super smoothly and we are delighted with the service from On The Go.
One point to note is that these are busy and hardworking guys so if you call or message them during the day you may not get a contact back until the evening. But that is a good thing because we knew when it came to our move, they were totally focused on getting that right and giving us a good service and not distracted by other things. Five stars is the least I would give - if it were possible to give six, I would.

Excellent service, fast, efficient and careful! A pleasure to meet and work with Vish on a small move for our business. Will absolutely use him again!

I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. They always treat your belongings with the care and respect that is required. Vish and the team are always friendly, courteous and understanding of what is needed for your move.

These guys are simply the best of the best. We work with them regularly for our business and their service is always absolutely flawless. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

It is really wonderful to meet people who take such pride in their work. Moving can be stressful, but Vish and his crew put us at ease by being communicative, reliable, professional and friendly. It really is hard to imagine any way in which they could have been better!

Can not recommend Vish and his team enough. Vish was communicative throughout the booking process and helped me move a large amount of furniture in no time. They were kind and trustworthy and I will be recommending to all my friends. Thanks Vish and your team

Excellent service. If you want a totally stressfree house move then Vish and his great team are for you. Highly professional, so much care and attention given from start to finish. Great communication, Vish gave me all the advice and relevant information I needed, was always contactable and a pleasure to deal with. Very competitive pricing and helped me out at short notice. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Vish from Anne, Ernest and Gemma.

Excellent service- polite, professional, helpful and friendly.
Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and very understandable when plans changed beyond my control.
Will definitely use again!

Fantastic service!!! The most helpful team that I have met ever. The job was carried out professionally to the highest standards. Vish and his team were very accommodating of all the requests I made. They went over and above of what they had signed up for with a smile. It was like a family helping me move in a new country. Thank you guys!! You rock!!! Your hard work and sincerity will make you very successful company. Good luck! I recommend Vish and his company to anyone who is looking for personal and professional moving services.

My second house move with Vish and team - having moved a few times I can confidently say they are heads and shoulders above every company we used in the past. Hard working, professional, organised and so friendly and helpful. Vish, Jay, Deep - thank you so much, we are so grateful for our move being so smooth once again!

They guys were honest, hard-working and well organised!
Great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone moving, they made the experience easy.

Nothing short of pure excellence and amazing customer service. For once i wished we had more stars because Vishal and his colleagues deserve more stars then trust pilot entrusts.

Thank you for your amazing seamless service and with a constant smile on your face.

I'm only giving them 5 stars because I can't do 6. They were great. They made sure they knew what was being moved, were prepared to move it all without help (a whole storage unit). Quick responses, friendly, professional. I honestly don't know what to say but you definitely need to give them a shot if you need anything moved. Decent price as well, you couldn't ask for much more. 6* star service, give them a call.

Vish and the team were brilliant in terms of their flexibility and support in moving what was some quite precious belongings for us for our wedding. Not only taking stuff to the venue but also returning it all to us safely post the wedding also.
Fantastic service thank you Vish and team

Complete admiration for Vish and Ray who refused to let this particularly difficult job defeat them! Combination of strength, problem solving and sheer determination meant that what was a particularly demanding job was carried out brilliantly. I was concerned damage could have been caused but I shouldn’t have worried!! Excellent service, will definitely use again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them!

Vish and his team were incredible. They arrived on time as planned and carefully and expertly wrapped and moved the entire contents of my flat into a storage unit. They have such a great attitude and it made the process of moving a breeze where it would usually have been stressful. I will definitely be using them when I move from the storage unit into my next home.

Vish and the team gave a competitive quote to move the contents of my storage unit from London to the West Midlands. The whole process was stress free and professional - I wasn't able to be there in person but Vish kept in regular contact, keeping any fragile items protected and secured and delivering everything as it had been found. They took total pride and care in their work. Would definitely use again.

Amazing service. Trustful guys which took much care about all the furniture, picture frames etc. Have booked them twice already. Also for international moving. Highly recommended
