Cath did a great job organising for us to have a fire detection system installed. She was very understanding needing us to change the appointment at the last minute and kept us up to date with our bookings.

On the House was used to clear a blocked drain I had which could have resulted in flooding my apartment. Catherine responded quickly, and the team got the job done efficiently. Well done and highly recommended.

I’m very pleased to recommend OTH & their great team. I dealt mostly with Mary who was efficient, friendly & nothing was too much trouble. I needed a fire safety certificate & the whole process was completed from first attending the property to receipt of the certificate. They arrived for appointments on time, responded to my queries & did a great job .
