Only sent my order after I called…
Only sent my order after I called stating it never arrived. It was realized it wasnt processed correctly. I asked for 3 day shipping for an item under 1 pound which didnt happen. Overall it took 20 days to arrive. Not happy with service, only product.

It's been two weeks since I ordered my wakeboard racks and they still have not arrived. Contacted seller and they said they forgot about my order and that they would have my order rushed out; it's been a week since that contact and still no product has arrived. Contacted them again and they said it was dropped shipped and that's the best they can do. Really? Is that the best customer service they could provide? You decide

We knew this one was coming. Yes, we did miss the order and apologized profusely about it. The items ordered were drop ship items from another warehouse. We told the customer we'd rush it but due to the July 4th holiday the best we were able to do was get it out that Friday as the warehouse was closed Wed and Thursday (spoke to the customer on Tuesday). Yes, we screwed up this one and we owned up to our mistake but we did try our best to get the order out as fast as possible. I honestly don't know what else we could have done. We did not have access to the specific product or we would have shipped it ourselves. I'm sorry about the experience and completely understand the 1 star review. It is peak season and we get a ton of orders... every year we mess up 1 or 2. Again, we apologize.

Although I sold my boat through…
Although I sold my boat through Facebook Marketplace, the ability to determine market value from this site was beneficial. The fee for the 60 day contract was a little steep considering "free" sites out there. Plus the national site invites spammers and illegitimate potential buyers that one has to weed through. Would recommend using onlyinboards for market value research and posting on craiglist and or facebook marketplace.

Would of been perfect except...
Product received was like promised. Delivery was fast and pricing was reasonable. Would of giving a 5 out of 5 if not for the extra fees I got charged at delivery (cross border fees since I live in Canada). When you advertise free delivery, I should be free all the way to your door! Nothing this I would of ordered directly from the manufacturer... it was a bit more expansive but everything was included, no surprises.

We cover the cost of the shipping not the duty or taxes. That is pretty standard when shipping items into another country. However we will try to make it more clear on the product pages for future customers.

Bought a Super Shadow Bimini, communication was excellent and they made sure that we had the details figured out before shipping the parts.
