Personal experience with Only-Games and their customer service has been amazing. 10/10 will be ordering from them again.
Minis have no rough edges, great quality feel, and painted minis look identical to images.
Customer service was very quick to respond (sometimes within minutes), courteous, and very helpful. They kept me updated with my order and helped immediately with replacement.

I ordered a lot of miniatures for Trench crusade and while it took some time, the order has been fulfilled and the rep I was in contact with was very responsive and helpful. Whatever she is being paid is not enough.

I received what I ordered in a timely manner but found a small bit of damage. When I brought it up with customer support they were very helpful and got me a replacement very quickly

All of the Trench Crusade minis are incredibly good quality, and when I was accidentally sent a duplicate of one of the Hell Knight variations, they sent me a whole new squad with all 3 Hell Knights completely free of charge, which arrived in less than 2 weeks. Very good quality, and incredibly helpful and friendly customer service rep.

While I ordered a complete starter kit including four factions and their miniatures for the game Zoontalis, I only received the playing cards and core rulebook. I even had to pay double the amount to German Customs than I originally calculated.
After reaching out to support, only-games told me that they must have forgotten the miniatures. Why German Customs charged such a high fee was a mystery to everyone.
But the mystery was solved by German Customs and DHL: only-games did not only list double the amount I paid for the orders value. They did never list the ordered miniatures as shipped goods. Only playing cards and core rulebook.
Only games told me the replacement order would be printed within 20 workdays, while they would prioritize my order, I wasn’t updated on anything. But the 20 days are over. Right now, I’m waiting for some explanations.

Edit Augsut 29th: After 30 business days had passed, I contacted PayPal for mediation. Today, the case was decided in my favor. Now I'm stuck with over €32 in import duty for a booklet and a few cards. Accordingly, I advise against purchasing from the company.

The order took its time, I ordered sometime in May and got the prints delivered in July, But when I contacted customer support, asking about the status of the order, I got a friendly reply (thx, Olive) in less than a day. I told them I am in no hurry to get the prints, so no complaints there.

The prints themselves look great, some minor cleaning is necessary, but nothing I have not encountered in other stores aswell.

I can recommend only-games, but just don't be in a hurry.

Recieved a very nice and high quality figure (Dragon Paladin) and the materials seem nice and sturdy. Ready to be primed for a paintjob. Took about a month to be dispatched. However it took quite a bit of cleaning with a hobby knife to get all the excess bits of flash off. A little smaller than expected and the sword was unfortunately a bit bent in transit but overall very good.

I really like that they are supporting creators directly. It would be great if that resulted in competitive pricing, but such is the world we live in. Their sales are reasonable and they have a massive selection.

In fairness, they have updated their production times from 15 days to 4-6 weeks. So my experience would have been different with that expectation.

I contacted customer service because I hadn't received an update for my order for over a month. I was told it was in the final stages of completion to ensure the highest quality. When I received the order another month later, the quality was very poor for a single $20 model and a group of over a dozen figurines. The other 24+ models were acceptable. After contacting support they replaced the entire set of a dozen figurines and the $20 model, which were of high quality when I received them. Packaging was secure, but a little disorganized in how they were grouped together (weapons packaged separately so I had to look up the models on the website to see what was supposed to go together).

Overall a positive experience, but there seem to be quality control issues.

I am not able to reach for their customer service. I had an order placed on July 4th and, besides they saying that "all orders can take up to 15 working days" i still do not have any news on where are my miniatures or even if they are already being printed. I just want my money back and cancel my order at this point.

Yes, it took a while for the order to come. I asked *politely* at one point as to the status, and it was very politely pointed out to me (by Olive, who is brilliant) that they have to print out each item individually, that I had ordered minis that were very complex and delicate, and they needed checked and reprinted if there were faults. There was an error in the final order, but it was rectified immediately with no hassles. The minis are all amazing, unique, and (in a way only beings from the Beyond can be) quite beautiful.

My order was fulfilled with only a minor issue of a duplicate part instead of having the appropriate two. My email was promptly responded to and my replacement part is on the way as of this review.

The post office lost my package and these guys were ready to reship out everything, and when I told them I found it they still made sure everything was good before closing my tickect. Next level customer service

Very communicative and helpful customer service. They were responsive and explained upfront why the order had a missing part and then solved the issue well within the timeframe! Thank you!

Received my Trench Crusade pledge last week.
Everything was of great quality and in great condition.
Sadly, the right hand of a single miniature was missing.
I contacted Olive and got a response within 12 hours and received not one but two copies of the complete miniature within 4 business days.
The whole time Olive was super helpful and transparent.

Never gonna order from this site again, first and last time... put my order over 2 months ago (5/9/2025) still waiting on it, no updates, if you contact them, get in the waiting list as well, the only times they contacted me was because i contact them to have an update on what's going on with my order... Definitely feels like a scam site.

Resolved issue with my order promptly and effectively. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I recently made an order and inquired as to why it is was taking longer than expected, Olive replied, reassuring me that it’s part of the process for unique parts etc. I finally receive my order and was missing some parts. In the same email thread, Olive had my replacement parts processed. She’s the kind of customer service rep you either want to deal with or you want to hire and promote. I have ordered several items from this company. The turnaround time on my larger orders took a little longer, but they arrived well-packed and in great condition. I am very satisfied with the high quality of the models. Olive in customer service is first-rate—great communication and support. They took excellent care of me, and I will do business with them again soon. Thank you again for all your help and great products.

The company's customer service is excellent. Their support representative, Olive, answered my queries promptly and honestly. This went a long way toward making Only Games one of the nicest sellers I've done business with. Only Games' products are also top quality and worth the wait, and occasional defects are easily replaced.
