When something goes wrong with the…
When something goes wrong with the server, they only reply once a day and the processing speed is incredibly slow. Since their servers aren't local, they just rent from other providers after you place an order. They are a completely incompetent middleman.

Very unprofessional experience
Very unprofessional experience. I had finalized a website development project with them and even completed the agreement process. Later, they suddenly backed out without any valid reason.
This caused a major loss of time and money. We had planned everything based on their commitment, and their last-minute cancellation disrupted our business schedule. Not recommended for anyone who values professionalism and reliability.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I bought a certain VPS, but they did not have the VPS I needed. They did not want to return the money to me, a week later they gave me another VPS, which did not suit me at all. The money for this week of downtime, for which I paid, they did not return to me and did not compensate for the amount of time. The new server did not suit me at all, because it was not the product for which I paid money. I demanded a refund, but they didn't. A month later they automatically debited me for another month. Can you imagine? I demanded to return them, since I did not buy the service that they gave me. Another month later, I have not received my money back. They scammed me for $120 and gave me a useless server that I didn't need. It's just awful. Save your nerves and money. There are many different alternative services that provide high quality service. Never use this service. Horror. And deceivers.
