Amazing service from the whole team. Britney and Vicky along with the whole team were so helpful. We required a bespoke worktop at short notice to take out of the country on a certain date and the team pulled out all the stops to make this happen. We are so pleased with the quality of the worktop and the customer service has been excellent. Thank you!! Highly recommended

Excellent Company with great service. We bought three 3 metre lengths of Mirostone worktop in Cosmic Gold which we received quickly and in perfect condition. They were also very happy to advise on any fitment questions and were very helpful indeed.

Work-top ordered on-line. Phone call confirmed a couple of queries. Email and three phone calls confirmed delivery and driver helped us carry it to into the garage. All employees super helpful driver helped carry it to the garage. Definitely will use again and recommend to anyone needing their products

I found the service very good at online worktops. The service assistant Charlotte was particularly helpful and ensured that I was updated regularly as to when my worktops would be delivered via phone calls and emails. I also ordered upstands which were delivered on time. I would recommend this company to anyone who is refurbishing a kitchen.
Their pricing is competitive too.

We found some plain white gloss worktops (which are pretty hard to find) at Online Worktops. They were ordered and cut to our specification. The customer service has been incredibly good, with constant updates! The delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful. Overall a very very good experience and the worktops fitted no problems and look outstanding!

We placed order 25th of May for two worktops and paid for delivery £75.00 believing that worktops will be delivered within few days as common practice considering worktops was "in stock " .Few days later delivery was confirmed as shocking One and Half month apart ... Make me wonder if they deliver this worktops from Moon as from China yo can get delivery within 5 -7 days.. However on day on delivery nothing arrived and on email request sales assistant replied that supplier " Formica" dont have worktops and dont know when they will be delivered. Shocking experience .. I would advice to avoid this company

Great customer service. Very helpful. When I explained I needed the worktops abit earlier for my client, the delivery was brought forward. Brilliant. They were cheaper than my local supplier too, who couldn't deliver for a month.!! I won't hesitate to use again

Charlotte was ever so helpful in finding a worktop upstand for a kitchen I inherited when moving into the house. I had looked everywhere as the kitchen was fitted 9 years ago, thought I’d never find it. I contacted online worktops and they immediately located an upstand for me! Delivered earlier than said too!

Had a couple issues with the company, first when ordering (paid for) 3 samples and only 2 turned up. I contacted the company and the told me to wait, it's been a few months now so I'm pretty confident they won't turn up. Now after fitting our chosen worktop we want to order some spare edging strip to be told that it's will cost £15 for delivery which is outrageous considering how small we know the roll comes having already ordered before.

Ordered edging strip and the postage was £15 and had to wait 6 days for delivery. I think it's extoriante delivery charge for a small item especially when it's delivered using 2nd class postage. I can understand high postage charge for a worktop but this was a edging strip.

Really beautiful worktop from a company staffed by friendly and helpful people. I am so pleased with the product I chose and the service I received, particularly since I am a novice kitchen-fitter and they were very patient taking me through all my options.

Purchased Mistral solid surface worktop in Alpine delivered on time even during COVID19 a great product to work with and turned our kitchen make over into something special. Excellent customer service and the best online price. Would recommend

Saw what we wanted on line - rang up to have it cut to size , given date for delivery. Arrived on time. worktop exactly what i wanted. excellent all round. Price good to.

The made to measure service worked well, although the website could be clearer in explaining which cuts and edging are required to add to basket depending on the design and specific worktop. Communication was good, although it would have been better to be called by the driver an hour or so before arrival - luckily the 7pm arrival time meant I was able to assist unloading. Overall a positive buying experience and now installed the worktops look great, at a much lower cost than offered by the kitchen showrooms.
