We purchased two gifts for our dog on April 17 and have gotten no communication from the company at all… The payment through my bank that same day for $69.75 however nothing from them he came to review and to see what was going on and noticed this is happening to everybody… I will pursue legal matters if I have to to have this matter handled… It shows PayPal star shop hub at 211 N. 1st St., San Jose.. I was a supervisor at credit union for five years and I will everything I can to find the company and pursue litigation… Consumers have rights and it’s not gonna continue to happen… so guess what we’re gonna have some fun Skip searching in San Jose

Ordered something on 4/20. Was told it was shipped in 24 hours. I received a confirmation email. No tracking number. No way to tell if it was really on the way. Sounds and feels like I got scammed.

Placed an order on April 4th. Have not received any information on the status of purchase. This must be a scam. I am taking measures to get my money back!

Dam! I can't believe they got me!! I saw the advertisement for the security camera on Instagram. Shouldn't Instagram be resposible for who the let advertise on their platform???

asked to cancel an order and email is not responded to and phone number doesnt seem to work. Just tried sending another email today and it was not accepted. I believe this company is scamming us. Luckily it was not a large amount and I can contest the bill via my credit card company. Based on my experience this month, April 2020, I suggest consumers be very wary of purchasing anything from them. \

I also question PAYPAL on this. Don't they vet companies?

Ordered pet bed April 4th.... not a word since! Will they actually ever send? I want my money back. The ad is very deceiving.

Ordered 2 surveillance cameras since 3/30/20, I did not get any tracking #, the amount was paid via PayPal, still waiting for the product.

I also ordered a dog bed from a FB advertisement. Nothing yet even tho i contacted the Co. Was just a lot of Chinese gibberish about where it was. My bad for being stupid enough to fall for this scam as usually am quite the detective.

why must we give a star at all?? I ordered mine of 3/9 I inquired and it took 6 exchanges for them to "find" my order. They sent me a tracking number for "track all" because "transit companies vary"!! What a line of crap. I have filed a complaint now with Paypal even tho they said the bed is due here in 7-15 days......who delivers that slowly??? I will call my credit card co next and dispute the charge. They are not keeping my money! BBB is the call after the credit card co!

I ordered my dog bed on February 4th. They got there money right away. It is March 24th now and have not heard a word. Who do I contact?

Ordered cameras from them. They texted me with a tracking number coming by Fed Ex. Was that a joke. My next turn is better business bureau. I should of read the reviews first. Lesson learned for me.

I have had so much trouble getting my dog bed sent to me as well!! The thing is when you go and order from one company it doesn’t necessarily come from there. It’s so confusing to know who is responsible and who isn’t. I got one bed and my dog got so excited but it was too small. Then I reordered later not realizing somehow eBay took the order and the bed that came Asher smelled it and didn’t even want it in the same room. It smelled like wet dog fur. Returned it and got my money back then ordered a 3rd time. Still not received!!

Worst quality t-shirts I have ever received. The prints are completely blurred and the stitching wasn't even holding when they arrived. I contacted the company - they did nothing about it. I would strongly advise against ordering from them.

Ordered a bed through Psypal got scammed... called PayPal at 888-221-1161 and filed a complaint. They investigated and opened a claim. They then contacted the company and gave them 30 days to respond or else they would refund the money. I just got a tracking number( it was all in Chinese so I guess it will still be awhile) but I guess it’s on the way( I haven’t received the bed yet but at least I now I have a case number and they’re holding this scam company accountable and all I had to do was call them.

Wondering why I never received the doggie bed, joining the pack of lost money.

One star is too many! Purchased a dog bed on 2/3/2020 and never received the dog bed. Seeing all of these complaints I doubt I will be getting this dog bed. Scammers is an understatement. Lock them up! I wonder if Paypal will be able to help? I do have a complaint in with them. Wish me luck! I doubt for some reason I will be reembursed.

Ordered a bed also for my cat on Jan 20th have not received. Pay pal sure did take my money ASAP. What a deceitful company to work with and trust. Learned my lesson, should have read the reviews beforehand.
