My experiences with superdrug’s online pharmacy has always been easy and user friendly. Their system is efficient and I love how they communicate so well.

Amazing service as always. Have been using this service for a few years now and never been let down. Simple to order and delivery aways as stated. Reorder form easy to use and quick response.

I have filled out a brief questionnaire, placed an order and received the medication earlier than promised on two occasions now. Excellent service.

I went in buy some perfume on Wed and a very polite lady was helping Me she took her time to make sure I brought something I was pleased with she was fantastic I got a beautiful perfume at an amazing price I thank you so much for your help a beautiful lady a credit credit to superdrug. I Placed A Order Via SuperDrug And Their Service Was Absolutely Excellent With Quick Delivery And Excellent Product Would Recommend To Everyone

I ordered a specific generic brand medication, as I don’t do well with the original brand name. (I think I’m intolerant to one of the non active ingredients in the original brand version. makes me nauseous).

I received the wrong brand. They would not do anything about it.

What is the point of going private, if the level of service matches the nhs?

Waste of my time and money :/

Having used this service during lockdown, I ordered again from them recently. I needed medication that many pharmacies have been unable to get hold of due to a supplier issue. After trying highstreet pharmacies, I placed an order with Superdrug online pharmacy and spoke with an advisor via their online chat to make sure they had the medication in stock. They told me they did. I had less than one week of medication left, so they told me it would be processed and shipped as soon as possible. This was Tuesday.

Fast forward to Friday and there have been no updates. I contacted their online chat and was told it was being processed and would be shipped soon. On Saturday, there was still no update. Again spoke to an online advisor who said they raised it with the pharmacy, that the medication was in stock and I would hear back within 24 hours. Sunday, I had not heard back and had to chase again. This time I was told they were waiting on a shipment of my medication and it was due 'very soon'. They said it would still arrive within the 7 working day period and to go back to my GP it I needed emergency medication until then.

It is now Monday morning and I have now contacted the pharmacy directly. They were lovely and helpful, which is the only positive thing I can say about this experience. I was told they only have half of my prescription in stock and when I told them it was urgent and I had now run out, said they would send one month supply out today and that I would need to go back to my GP for an alternative due to stock issues.

Had Superdrug told me this in the first place, I would have tried other online pharmacies and failing that, gone back to my GP before I ran out. This medication is vital and I cannot go without it, so this entire experinece has left me stressed and upset.

I will not be using this service again and will close my account after I finally receive this prescription. If I had not called the pharmacy and given them the go ahead to only fulfil half of my prescription, I would not be getting my medication and the Superdrug team had done nothing to advise me of this, despite contacting them several times.

I was so relieved to find this service online. It was quick and efficient with great follow up support.
These days it’s very difficult to speak to a GP so I was grateful to have this alternative.

This company has really gone down as it relates to the quality of customer service provided. This morning, I chatted with Paislee who has to be the most unhelpful agent with SD. Clearly, she only cares about receiving a pay check and could care less about the customer's experience. Will file a complaint

Excellent service . When my wife used her prescription inhaler after a bad attack of asthma, her GP was unobtainable for a repeat of an emergency supply . Out of desperation I decided to try Superdrug online pharmacy . The next day the inhaler arrived . I will certainly be using this service again.

Ordered my prescriptions, 12 days later no sign of anything. They pass my refrigerated items to a local store for delivery who don't attempt delivery on the day specified and instead 4 days later when I am not at home. They tell me to come to store to pick it up, I do and the pharmacy desk is closed.
I have been forced to obtain emergency supplies and between those and unnecessary taxi fare, I am now £50 out of pocket.
I shall be abandoning this terrible service.

An awfull lot of cardboard for a small pack of Ibuprofen.
I will walk 10 miles with my bad knee before I order online again

Excellent and efficient service, especially when you know what you need and find it impossible to see either a dentist or doctor. Thorough checks made by Superdrug before issuing medication plus several follow ups.

Excellent , I had run out of my contraceptive pill and was going on holiday, and since seeing a gp is now out of the question as they seem to be the furthest behind with getting over covid , I tried superdrug . I'm going to continue as it's much less hassle than using my doctors for a great price

The prescription worked well and the wife was really pleased

Received my latest order but unfortunately one of the items was missing. Had live chat with Millie who resolved the problem by sending out a replacement straight away! Brilliant service from Superdrug as usual.

I had a Covid test to travel abroad, but they didn’t give the results on time and even more they said that they Gona give one refund check in 4 weeks time. This is ridiculous 👎🏼
