SCAM company stay away!!! They will delay your case viewing paperwork to get every scent out of you. I had to beg them and beg them to send the paperwork out to my spouse which they finally did. They will charge you 40 every month. Says it takes 5 to 7 business days to view everything for corrections it took them over 3 weeks for them to finally get back with me about my paperwork after me constantly emailing them for answers. Then another 3 weeks after that. They waisted a good three months of my time atleast. Their website doesn’t give an option of stating filed separately I had to choose between me or my spouse to be responsible for any taxes when we were married. We changed that part alittle and put filed separately so they reused to file because of that. Now there sending all my paperwork and money order back to me. STAY AWAY SCAM SITE!!!!! I’m out 400 plus all those fees they charged monthly. These people are criminals

If I could give it a negative 5,000 I would! These people are scammers and will delay, excuse, paperwork delayed or simply not sent to you even thought they tell you it was sent, keep your 'subscription' rolling as long as possible in order to get every cent they can out of you!! They're criminals. Beware!!!! Terrible Terrible company! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! This has been dragging on FAR to long!!!

This service really took me for a ride. They are only interested in the bottom-line and extra fees. I have been trying to divorce my father in law for 1 1/2 half years now and all they have done is given me the run around with forms etc.

1. First are in wrong format
2. Footers are missing
3. Address is incorrect
4. Money order was incorrect by a dollar

I kept on sending what they wanted and then more issues would arise. I finally gave up and asked them to send me the documents back/ money order so I continue the process.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS...

Absolute scam. They nickel and dime everything. They wanted $75 to send back ONE page for me to correct that didn't even involve them putting any information on it. They told me I could download it from the website for free but didn't tell me you had to have the subscription to do so. They were great in preparing and labeling everything for me to do but after paying $500 for the service they try and get more money for anything they can and aren't willing to help otherwise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Edit: it gets worse. They told me in an email that I have that I could email my parenting class certificate. Now they tell me I can't email it that I have to pay to mail it to them AFTER I just mailed papers back.

Edit: I sent the screen shot where it said I could email the certificate and they said they escalated it and got it approved to use the email. Now they are saying that I am missing my parenting plan agreement which has never been sent to me. They want me to pay $75 to have it prepared and sent or for me to print and send it back with my own postage. After two reviews of documents they are now claiming it is missing when all documents were sent back to them. It came out of their folder, stayed together and sent back. Why was it not caught after the first review and sent the first time I paid shipping? I sent another screen shot where they told me what info was missing and that was not listed. Waiting on a response.

Edit: They sent him the papers but messed up and said I owe him child support even though through the Department of Revenue he owes me a few thousand in back support. They said I put that info down. Then said my papers were outdated and it would be $150 to fix them even though I upgraded my membership that allows me to edit. I told them to send my court fees back and they refuse to do so unless I pay $20 shipping.

Edit again: they called. I wanted a supervisor and she said she would transfer me and it said "goodbye" and hung up.

The divorce I was looking for was simplified divorce. I read everything on their site and nothing told me that they didn’t do this kind of divorce. I paid them and they provided me with documents I couldn’t use. When I reached out to customer support (TWICE, because they never responded the first time) they said there was nothing they could do. Even though their policy states they would refund if the courts couldn’t accept the documents and they couldn’t. Beware of this scam of a company. They only care about the bottom line. I’ll never use their services for anything else again and I suggest You do the same.
