Terrible returns policy and customer service
I put my reg number in the website to ensure I got the correct car part however when it arrived it didn’t fit. I have to pay for the delivery costs to return the items as well as paying for the cost of delivering the item in the first place. The delivery costs in total are around £20 and the item costs £20. You can’t get in touch with anyone easily so the customer service is terrible.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Ts and Cs state in stock parts dispat hed within 2 working days, mine wasnt dispatched until over a week later.
Contacted customer service and asked for update, was told my details were wrong (they werent) and ignored. 9 days later my parts havent arrived still. Dont bother, they cant communicate and dont hold stock in the UK.

Part was just what I needed.
Part was just what I needed and was a good price. Delivery was pretty quick considering it was ordered just before a bank holiday. Paid extra to cover a returns policy but not needed.

Fake UK company.
Ordered from them as it was a co.UK site assuming that I would it would be a UK company. At checkout I opted to pay the extra for a courier delivery as the part was urgently needed. The part was dispatched the next day but 2 days later it still hasnt been receieved by the courier. I eventually got hold of an agent only to be told its in international shippihg as they are not a UK company dispite being a co.uk site and that they dont do fast shipping despite the extra postage option at checkout. Very very annoyed as this is an urgently needed part, I specifically did not want a non uk company and then I am told the extra postage was a con!

I had forgotten the abysmal service…
I had forgotten the abysmal service provided by this company.
It's name is very misleading, it has nothing to do with the UK it is probably just a trading name for Autodoc.
So, the facts: I ordered on a Thursday. It seems that Friday, Saturday and Sunday are rest days. On Monday their 'warehouse' processed the order.Nothing more.
On Tuesday the part was 'transferred' to somebody to pack.
On Wednesday it begins its journey to the UK. That is 6 days after being ordered. It arrives in the UK on Thursday..Now another day of 'processing'...
Is there any chance of a delivery on Friday??
I wonder what happened to German efficiency?? 6 days of nothing...? Why??

Snail mail
The website bosting with the .co.uk extension but the website has nothing to do with the UK. The promised dispatch window of 1 workin day is a joke, my dispatch took more that 2 days to get ready for deivery.
So far I have been waithing for my delivery for 5 days and my curier has not even received it yet. My Aliexpress orders came much quicker than the one from a couple of hundred miles. I am not impressed, tracking number was not working, online chat only, not too nice. I will never order from there for sure.
Update: Apparently I should have done some research on the background of the company. To my understanding if a .co.uk website is relatively to foreign businesses that is a type of misselling as even in the delivery section it should be highlighted.
Pushing all the responsibilities on customers does not look right.
If you cannot cope with the amount of the orders also flag up that delay can be expected.... That is it.
