Good price for I assume a quality part. Was going to fit driveshaft today. But lost my locking wheel nut key. Job for the weekend now.

Edit- company contacted me after complaint and told me that I didn't have to send back the wrong part and refunded me. Couldn't ask for more in fairness- would use again on that basis.

Original review. Sent wrong part, described as fitting did not. Now I have to go through the neck-ache of sending it all back before they give a refund. The part that thay now say I need is not in stock. Expensive and annoying waste of time. As ever, they take your money instantly, make you wait 5 days for your (wrong) part now I have to wait for them to hand my money back.

It was easy and fast to order parts, only problem is taking weekend into consideration when ordering

Have used on-line car parts many times. Great prices,quality productsand with "safe order" returns are easy if required.
Delivery can be slow, so order in plenty time, but the money saved is worth the wait.

Item was as described, reasonable price & arrived quickly. The small item could have been posted in a small Jiffy bag through my letterbox but instead came in a 26cmx26cm x14cm box for which I was charged circa £8.40 postage? The Evri delivery guy kindly left the said parcel on my doorstep for everyone to see as I was not in! Luckily I returned in time to retrieve it ( I was Not a happy bunny ). I gave Evri negative feedback..
The sales team contacted me later ( com's very good) to discuss a resolution & look into the logistics of my purchase & perhaps come up with a better solution for small items & also gave me a discount voucher for my next purchase!
I am very pleased with my initial purchase & can recommend this company as a customer caring supplier who I will be using again.

Dear Onlinecarparts, I'm writing this on Monday the 19th January 2026, rather than when I received my order - the order number being ;- 1 4 5 9 5 5 3 8 5 with my Customer number :- 1 8 0 6 5 0 9 3 2.
The order was for Brembo Prime FRONT Brake Pads... and I received the REAR.
I haven't felt to need to inform yourselves of this error. ( A ) Because I didn't need them immediately, plus ( B ) I will eventually need Rear Brake Pads at some time in the future. So I need some actual, correct FRONT pads for my;- " Mazda3 2.0 e-Skyactiv X MHEV [186] Sport Lux (First registered 30/06/2021)
On the packaging of the box, the number of the REAR Pads is:- P 49 065.
On the packaging of the box, there is section containing a tiny illustration of a side profile of a Mazda Car , with that profile illustration being split into two halves, plus each half having a box relating to each half.
But this Brembo box is NOT a tick-box. It is a CROSS box. This box including the four pads is made in Italy. There is a CROSS , not a TICK, in the box relating to the FRONT of the car. This cross signifies that the pads are not for the Front of the Car. ( & therefore, they are for the Rear )

Whilst I appreciate that here in the UK we use & call them 'tickboxes' ( & myself being English- can see the logic of a 'positive' angle to that approach -rather than the 'negative' approach the Italians seem to favour ). - I would have thought that your staff would know about the idiosyncrasies of other nations in relation to the import & application of 'consumable' car parts. Still - we're all on some kind of learning curve aren't we?

Ordered an intercooler hose that came with only one jubilee clip to attach it, not two. I raised this and was told it isn’t supplied with clips and the pictures are for illustrative purposes only, so will not be refunding or replacing the item and I’ll have to return at my own cost. Brilliant. Their reason was also that the clips aren’t actually mentioned in the description, fair enough, they weren’t, there isn’t really any description, but they were pictured, so it’s reasonable to expect them. And I did still receive one clip… they clearly did intend to supply them. Hose was alright quality like any other out there, but why not just buy from one of the many better alternative companies if they carry on like this over a £1 clip.

They use evri after charging £8.50 to deliver also customer service is borderline rude.

Seamless as ever

I ordered a part and discovered after the fact it was out of stock. I'd paid so I went on live chat and spoke to an agent via text (which I hate why cant we speak to a live person) why no phone number? They offered an alternative to the one Id ordered but it was wrong. I told the agent NO that wrong, they said this is the part your Vin number and Reg number identifies as being correct. I told them that there is two types and I want the other one (like the one I ordered in the first place) They gave me a list of details and pictures to choose from I chose the correct one. Despite promising to correct the order they still sent me the wrong on. Leaving me still unable to fix the car and get to work. Dont know who the agent was but I suspect English probably wasnt their first language, which I think i important when trying to get across detail and nuances. A waste of time and money by the time Ive messed about sending the part back I'll be out of pocket. AVOID

Fast delivery of a rear brake light (entire plastic thing with LEDs etc) for Mercedes B-Class.
I was also very dubious and a bit worried that at the very last minute I realised this was coming from Germany (despite the website looking very UK of course). But I ordered the brake light on Xmas eve out of desperation as I had to sell the car in early Jan, and it arrived from Germany on New Years Eve. You can't argue with really. From Germany to my UK door in less than a week OVER THE XMAS PERIOD! Quite impressive.

Quick delivery, quality parts at a lower price than the others. Pleasantly surprised.
