When shopping for hearing aids, they were a good value (especially compared to local audiologists), which is why we chose to go with them. But there are some significant drawbacks that you should be aware of, that the company doesn't do a good job, at all, describing to their customers:

1. If you live outside the EU, be prepared for long, drawn out shipping and customs process. We live in the US and it took a couple of months of daily emails to the port, customs control, and shipping carrier trying to get the package cleared (you also are responsible for paying for the customs fee, which with the new tariffs, could be significant). online-hearingaids.com offered no help or instructions on how to clear customs. It's all on you to figure out.

2. false-advertising regarding 2-year warranty with the manufacturer. The website doesn't specify that the 2-year warranty only applies if you live in EU. If you live outside, you only have a 1-year warranty, and still have to work through a local audiologist who will charge you for passing the device on to the manufacturer (you cannot send it directly in to the manufacturer).

3. customer service is lacking. In our case, our device broke after a year, and we first reached out to online-hearingaids.com who told us to send it to the manufacturer because it was still under warranty. We did (through our audiologist), and couple of weeks later the manufacturer told our audiologist that no, the device was not under warranty. confused, we asked online-hearingaids and they said, "oh yeah, since we're not in EU, it's only a 1-year warranty". I understand mistakes happen, but was disappointed that they took no responsibility for their mistake, not even acknowledging that they gave us incorrect advice (had we known, we would have sent the device back to online-hearingaids.com who would have fixed it for free, but would have taken longer. instead, we're stuck paying the manufacturer for the repair - at a significant cost).

I have bought a couple of HA offered as a temporary replacement of my P90. Very convenient price, much lower than the commercial one. Excellent service, as usual.

Ordered my hearing aid charger on 3rd September , supposedly to be delivered 11-13th September. No update on order since 5th September. No reply to my emails requesting a status update.
Not happy

It was an excellent online buying experience with hearing-aids online. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the price of the TV streamer was far cheaper than other online seller in Europe and online vendor and physical audiologists in France. A word about the shipment, it was also very fast, I received my order within few days, another good point.

I recommend hearing-aids online to people who want items to pair with their hearing aids for everyday life.

Veoma sam zadovoljan brzinom i kvalitetom reakcije na moje upite. Veoma brzo, ljubazno i profesionalno. Nedavno mi se pokvarila slušalica na desnom uhu. Nisam mogao čekati da mi stignu iz Nizozemske pa sam drugu kupio u Hrvatskoj. Tek nakon toga javio sam se u Nizozemsku i rekao što mi se dogodilo. Bez ikakvog problema priznali su mi kvar slušalice. Naručio sam dvije rezervne i pri tome platio samo jednu i to pola cijene od one u Hrvatskoj. Još čekam da mi stignu obzirom da su blagdani. Uglavnom veoma sam zadovoljan njihovom službom.

I was unable to source the receivers for my Resound Linx 3D hearing aids in Australia as the aids have been superseded by later models. These receivers seem to only last a couple of years. I was not keen at all at having to pay thousands for new hearing aids as my existing pair are only 5 years old & still work very well. So I was very happy that Online-hearing aids still stock these receivers & hope they will for some time to come. Even with the freight added the price was still quite good. Arrived today - delivery took about 4 weeks which was probably due to our postal system in Australia.

Yes, this shop has some very cheap hearing aids but what you save in money, you pay for in hassle and annoyance from their terrible customer service. They are incredibly slow to reply to email and although they say that they do the hearing test for your devices online, you will definitely need to have your hearing aids adjusted in-person by a professional. I have done 200+ hearing tests in my life and the one that this shop does online is a joke. There is no way they could adjust the hearing aids properly using the test that they do.

Produit conforme, bien emballé, arrivé rapidement. Site fiable.

I recommend it to anyone who needs an excellent hearing solution at a fair price.
