Great product!

I'd only suggest to get a sturdier packaging. Mine was a little beat up when I got it. Thankfully the product is super sturdy and well made, so no damage happened, but still would have been nice to have a good box to put it away because we are using it for shows around the country.

We never received the product we purchase. Tried to call the customer service line and got no call back. I would not recommend your company to anyone that cares about service.

Had a problem with broken trays and customer service was great and replaced them quickly. Love the stand.

One of the motorized stands that I just received works good, the other is a problem. I sent a video of it operating and would like it replaced.

Awful. Absolutely Awful. I placed the order 20 days ago and still don't have it. Tracking says it was shipped, but delayed and has been in that status for almost 2 weeks.

This mobile TV stand is made with quality parts and it is very stable. The shelf easily holds my Onkyo surround receiver. Note: If you watch the youtube assembly video, at 1:30 they install the columns on the wrong side.

The stand is as described. Very sturdy and rolls easily.

The assembly instructions had one step that seemed to be out of order. It said to mount the TV on the stand and then adjust the height, but I was unable to adjust the height with the TV mounted. I had to remove the TV, adjust the height, and then remount the TV.

This stand is amazing. It is holding my 83" OLED and i can move it anywhere in the room. Built like a tank.

We ordered four TS-1881W TV stands. All four boxes were battered and some of the pieces inside the box were out of their styrofoam packing and rattling aorund inside the box.
When we assembled the stands, the height adjusting holes in one of the telescoping towers was misaligned, causing the TV to rest at an angle. We removed the TV and used a round file to elongate (lower) two of the holes to create a level crossbar.
I don't know if the manufacturing "jigs" have become worn or this was a product of poor workmanship, but your product quality and packing quality is slipping.

There was a small issue and onkron went above and beyond to fix it. We went ahead and purchased additional stands from Onkron and will continue our relationship to purchase wall mounts for our church.

It's perfect or a 65" TV. Easy assembly as well! Love it!

The media stand is solid and stable. Since it is also adjustable, it makes it easy to set it up at the right height for the conference room.

The stand was delivered within a week of the purchase so perfectly on time. Will buy from Onkron again.

I ordered a TV stand for a conference, I made an error when checking out as I did not select express delivery - emailed customer service to upgrade delivery and sent an invoice for the extra that was duly paid but delivery never expedited leaving me at the conference without a TV stand which was a real pain. Getting hold of customer service in a hurry in the run up to the conference was not easy. So this was originally a 1 star review from a grumpy customer.

However Onkron have apologised and offered a small discount by way of apology. I know mistakes can happen so other than the difficulties getting hold of customer service this should not be a black mark against the whole company. The quality of the TV stand is really good so I have no issue with the product at all now it has been delivered. I'm thus upgrading to a 3* review.

I would buy from Onkron again and if there was no time pressure I suspect this would have been a 5* review.
