Tidy reliable friendly first class service would highly recommend onflo

Parked up work van blocking both the road and pavement without a care in the world for the 100 plus cars and many children going to school. Children on the pavement and mums with push chairs having to cross into a clogged road around this van.
A restricted no parking cul de sac with a turning circle clearly in view at Caister on Sea jurior school entrance where the driver was for the whole time. When questioned the driver didnt have a care in the world for the chaos he was causing. What sort of company allows such lack of respect for others especially when creating a danger to children.

Two young Engineers arrived on time, got on with the Boiler install, even though encountering some difficulties with brickwork etc, they overcome this and completed the work on time and in a nice clean professional manner. Thanks very much Onflo.

Recommended to me by a friend for new boiler. Turned up on time for the initial appointment and gave me a few boiler options with fair quotes. I went for the more expensive option with a longer guarantee. Lads that did the job were spot on. No mess left and finished the job early.
Free boiler service for the first year was a bonus.

Excellent service. Did a great job converting my standard boiler to a combi and fitting some TRV's. The whole job took two days and they were professional and courteous throughout. Highly recommended! Would definitely use again.

I used the Googles 'Boiler Guide' to obtain three quotes from boiler manufacturers/installers near to where I live, all with excellent review ratings. I chose Onflo Plumbing & Heating Services, with its 5 star rating. The owner Anthony was very knowledgeable, we talked over all options and settled on a Vaillant ecoTEC plus 832 32kW Boiler at a competitive price. The boiler was fitted in the garage by Nathane and Anthony all in one day, can't fault the workmanship/service, and I have already recommended Anthony's company to one of my neighbours .

Professional and polite fitter. Fair price for the product and service provided. Arrived on time to fit the Boiler, cleaned up when finished and explained the operation of the boiler and thermostat. Would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Really lovely people, fair pricing, quick and efficient service - couldn't recommend them more. They always explain everything properly too, even when I've done something daft, putting the customer first.

After serving us well for over 30 yrs our central heating boiler finally died as parts were no longer available and we had to have a new boiler fitted. It had to happen during the coldest spell we have had (29th Nov) so we therefore needed an urgent replacement.
I applied for several quotes including Onflo and Anthony came out the next day to assess the work involved and subsequently gave me a quote which was very reasonable. He also stated he was very busy during December but had a slot on Monday 4th due to a cancellation and could fit the new boiler I wanted (Worcester Bosch) provided he could obtain it in time. He rang me the next day to say the boiler would be delivered to him at the weekend. He said Nathan would arrive about 8.30am on Monday morning to fit it. To his word Nathan rang Monday morning at 8.10am to say he was on his way and would arrive in approx 30 minutes. From arriving in the morning until he left he worked continuously with out stopping. Anthony arrived about 2.30pm in the afternoon to help to commission the boiler and heating system and they both left about 6.30pm.
They were both friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. The workmanship was very tidy and everything was cleaned before they left. I would have no hesitation in recommending OnFlo to anyone requiring their services.

Unbeatable service from beginning to end. I had obtained quotes from both local companies and online. Then I used an online platform for quotes from 3 local companies. Only 2 responded and Onflow was one of them. I am so pleased they did. I wanted quotes for 3 different boilers which I received within 3 hours of Anthony's visit. They were easily the best quotes and the inclusion of the first year service is a nice little bonus. I accepted the next day (friday) and the replacement boiler was fitted the following tuesday by Nathan. We had ours and our daughters boiler serviced. Anthony and Nathan arrived on time and did a superb job, both were meticulous and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction. A perfect job at a competitive price.

Accomplished difficult work in second floor flat with heavy boilers to take out and put in, up and down 2 flights of narrow stairs and corners. A flue to be cemented from outside in the pouring rain up a long ladder.
Very helpfully kept in contact with phone calls to let me know when they were arriving as delayed by traffic.
Clear explanations about the installation and programming of controllers. Floor coverings put down to minimise mess. Very good.

I have used this company for servicing my old central heating system, but after fifteen years the boiler needed replacing. Anthony was quick to respond to my call with a visit and we discussed suitable boilers. I chose the Worcester after consideration overnight and confirmed the following morning. Installation was booked 3 days following. The job was started at 9am and was finished by 5pm. Nathan was meticulous in his work and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction. All rubbish was removed and site was well cleaned. A perfect job at a competitive price,

OnFlo did a great job in installing our new Baxi boiler last year and we have just had our first boiler service. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work.
