We've used Onflo rather a lot over the past 12 months during our extension build. Removed old boiler, fitted a new one in a new location, new pipework, and kitchen plumbing. Absolutely 100% recommend!!!

I use ONFLO for all my plumbing and heating work. Anthony responds quickly and is always prompt, efficient and clean when carrying out jobs. His advice and approach to work are first rate and I highly recommend his company.

Excelent service. From the beginning until fully installed a new boiler. Anthony moved and converted from a standard system to a combi including moving the boiler from the kitchen to the landing area. Anthony and his team did a fantastic job. Took 3 days and at the end of every day all was clean and tidy also Anthony was explaining every day what were the next steps. Price were very competitive also he provided a quote including all cost so no surprises. Actually at the end was cheap as he did not use all the pipes he quote so the price was reduced.

So overall, I will recommend Onflo 100%

Polite and clean workers

Onflo were efficient, helpful and respectful. The engineer arrived on the day and at the time he said he would (A bonus in my experience) and left the house tidy after the boiler had been replaced. I had asked for some general advice about the property and was given honest and direct answers which I appreciated. Follow up was excellent.

Can’t praise this company highly enough! We’d been without hot water for a week and had been let down or overpriced by others. Info came straight out. Viewed the job. Fitted us in as an extra to their existing work and did an incredible job. Pleasant lads, excellent job. Spent time explaining the new boiler and left everything as it was, apart from leaving us a great boiler at a good price! Excellent in every way.

When I phoned Onflo Limited unfortunately Anthony was fully booked for a week, but after I explained that we were pensioners and my husband was classed as vulnerable, and we had had no heating or hot water for 3 days, he said he would get back to me. Sure enough he said if I didn’t mind if they came early EVENING he could do it then. Anthony explained everything clearly, gave a clear and reasonable quote, Everything was included in the price no hidden extras to add on, himself and Nathan were quick, efficient and polite, they cleared away the rubbish and cleaned down, highly recommend this company, if you need heating, or plumbing and much more give them a call you won’t be disappointed

Anthony and Nathan are super helpful and professional. They responded immediately to my call and provided a quote on the same day. They also arrived on the scheduled date for repairs. They advised thoroughly about the problem and provided excellent services. They resolve our problem efficiently and smoothly.

Great service from this company, prompt visit from Andrew to give me a quote for a new boiler to be supplied and fitted. He explained everything clearly but told me to think about it that night and he would email me with details so I could decide. I accepted the price and a date for fitting the boiler, however the job was done a few days earlier than agreed as they had a cancellation which was great. The job was done very efficiently within a few hours, and everything tidied and taken away. I would highly recommend this company. Many thanks.

Anthony is a genuine and experienced guy providing a great plumbing experience . He is responsive and articulates solutions to identified problems in an understandable manner. Anthony has helped me for many years now. There’s nothing he cannot fix with your central heating system. He’s very friendly and obliging. I remember in 2018 my boiler packed in. Anthony came to look at it mid afternoon on a Friday. He said the boiler needed a new part but the boiler was old so I asked him if he could fit a new boiler. He advised me on the best one to get and then went off to get it. He came back within the hour and by early evening the new boiler was installed and working. Who else would do this for you ?? Just the other day I text him that my brother in laws boiler was faulty. He came the same day and sorted it within 10 minutes. Then he came to my house and sorted my boiler which was leaking and losing pressure all the time.
You’ll find he’s far cheaper than say British Gas and other larger gas companies cis he’s very fair. He’s also very reliable and honest.
If you have a problem with your heating system it’s a no brainer to get Anthony to sort it.

Anthony installed our new boiler two years ago. The work was carried out very professionally as have the subsequent annual services.
He charges a fair price and he is always happy to answer questions and provide helpful information.
