We're sorry for the situation that occured. We have tried to explain to you the reasoning behind, but without any further revert.
We are acting as an intermediary between guests and houseowners, with houseowners having their own opinions and making their own decisions. For all inquiries we have to check whether the houseowner wants to accept them. If they do, we can then ask for an option for a maximum of 2 days which we explain to all guests. You however decided to want to proceed with the villa 3 weeks later which is when the houseowner had accepted another option on your dates - which he hadn't communicated to us.
We really wish we could have avoided this, but unfortunately have no full control over the villas' availability. Again, we're very sorry for this situation and hope we can win back your trust a next time.

We have used OnevillaIbiza for 5 years now . Absolutely delighted with their service . Staff at the local office are so knowledgeable and helpful. Head office always give useful advice on our choice of villas every year. Love the grocery delivery service to get our holiday started. Highly recommend this company

Fantastic Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with family at Casa Alna. It was our first trip to Ibiza but we will definitely be back! The One Villas Ibiza Team were excellent, efficient and always there when we needed them! Until next time….

Booked our villa for a family holiday…
Booked our villa for a family holiday and were delighted with the outcome! The villa was beautiful and the service, before, during and after was fantastic. The team were very responsive and extremely helpful and when we had a small issue with the shower by the pool, the lovely Erina was round the next day to sort. Would absolutely recommend and will use in the future.

Fantastic Villa in the North of the Island
Fantastic Villa in the North of the Island. Great pool and layout with nice BBQ area.
Small supermarket and restaurant within 1km.
Benirras Beach is 10 mins drive, excellent snorkelling and 3 restaurants to choose from with local market 2-3 days a week. Great place to base your self if you want to be in the countryside. San Antonio / Ibiza Town both 25-30 mins drive away.
If you want to use taxis you may have to walk to the end of the track (10mins) as not all of them will come to the house up a bumpy gravel track.

Excellent experience with the team at One Villas…
We liaised with the team at One Villas Ibiza for over 8 months and they were excellent! First and foremost, they helped us find a wonderful villa, car hire, a pre-grocery shop - nothing was too much trouble. They were always quick to reply to emails and have a solution. Once we were on the island they helped us with restaurant bookings and were very responsive with questions we had about the island. I would highly recommend One Villas Ibiza!

Amazing service
Amazing service - the team went above and beyond to help us and were incredibly quick and responsive. The house we rented was even better than the pictures and everything was so smooth. Really can't recommend enough!

I think that the service provided was…
I think that the service provided was excellent, my only reserve is being asked to complete these surveys prior to having received my deposit back. In my opinion you would be better served wrapping up all loose ends with respects to a booking and trip, and then asking for feedback. The somewhat automated feedback forum that pretty much landed on my desk the minute our flight landed seemed a bit pushy. Apart from that great team of people that I have dealt with, and superb villa and holiday!

Good customer service. For me, everything was available like car hire etc and with a young baby, made our arriving and departure stress free. Would use them again.
