i have started trading with this firm more than 2 years ago. dashboard is easy to navigate. they provide match-trader for trading which is a great platform to trade. i participated in competitions also held by onestopprop in every month. they should improve customer support system. i messaged with an issue and got reply after 24 hours. overall, its a good firm.

Yet another disappointing prop firm.

I had high hopes because this one came recommended, but it turned out to be more of the same. Like so many prop firms these days, the business model seems designed around constantly shifting the goalposts until staying funded becomes statistically unlikely.

A perfect example is the drawdown rules. They'll advertise something like a **4% max drawdown**, but what they often fail to make clear is that they're referring to **PNL drawdown**, not account drawdown. That's a completely different risk model, and one that catches many traders off guard.

Some accounts are even capped at a **2% PNL drawdown**, which is borderline absurd. That makes it incredibly difficult to hold positions overnight. Even if you're risking a tiny fraction of your account, a normal gap or opening volatility can push a winning trade into enough unrealized drawdown to violate the rules and blow your account - again.

Then there's the marketing. Constant WhatsApp messages, texts, discount offers, fake urgency... it feels less like dealing with a professional trading firm and more like interacting with a dropshipping course seller. It's embarrassing.

The platform itself doesn't help either. The software feels outdated, inaccurate, clunky, and frankly looks terrible. I'm not surprised though, these people are slimy salesmen, not entrepreneurs with creativity or a real vision.

I'm sure they'll reply with the usual corporate defense explaining why everything is technically correct. That's exactly the issue. There's zero accountability. The business makes money from people repeatedly buying evaluations while the rules are engineered to make long-term success extremely difficult.

My advice: **avoid it.** You're not the customer, you're the product. Also, I guarantee you that they try their absolute best to get bad reviews removed whilst they wiggle their way into accumulating fake positive reviews from people in Nigeria and what not. Yea, I'm sure those are legit customers, where the GDP per capita is like $400 a month. Scammers.

For all friends, please be careful with this prop firm. Previously, I did not believe the bad reviews about this prop, but after I tried and investigated it, what was said by friends here turned out to be true. Their customer support is dead, Discord is quiet, Instagram is quiet, and emails get no response from their support team, and there are many rules. I hope you choose a well-known prop firm so that your money is not wasted in vain. Be careful when choosing a prop firm, look for one that solves problems quickly.

But company to deal with.
Customer service even worst.
Emailed them many times send message and pictures by WhatsApp and take weeks and weeks to get a answer from them.
Just imagine if customer service is so bad just think what good them can do for you?

I am writing this review based on my recent experience with this firm.

I am trading on a 200K funded account (Account ID: 808705), and my account was suddenly marked as breached due to allegedly hitting the maximum daily loss limit. However, according to my own trading records, history, and screenshots, I did not hit the daily drawdown or overall drawdown limits.

I have provided multiple proofs to the support team, including screenshots of my trades and account balance, which clearly show that my drawdown was within the allowed limits. Despite this, they are relying only on their system snapshot and are not properly addressing the discrepancy.

This situation raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their system and risk calculations. For traders, proper tracking of drawdown is critical, and any mismatch can lead to unfair account breaches.

I am also concerned that if such issues are not handled properly, similar problems could occur during payouts as well. Additionally, their Discord server support is very weak—many users keep tagging support repeatedly but do not receive timely responses.

I am still waiting for a fair and transparent resolution. Until then, I would advise other traders to be cautious and keep detailed records of their trading activity.

I have use many prop firm but theres everyone hide the bidden rule or scammer but one prop firm is another level. They transaction very fast. If your account show any wrong they will fix you very fast. I love this prop firm.
