If using Hermes/Evri, don't expect your parcel on time. Having said that, I spoke to Vincent at One Stop Fabrics and he kindly found me an alternative fabric as the one I ordered wasn't available anym... Se mere

My parcel was not delivered to me
My parcel was not delivered to me. Presumably it went somewhere else. Please can you look into this for me as of course I have paid for goods I have not received.
First problem I have had with Hermes as they are usually good

absolutely brilliant customer service from Onestopfabrics. Hermes failed miserably to deliver my parcel, neither could I get any response or action from them. A phone call to One Stop Fabrics resulted in them dispatching a new parcel which I received the next day. Thank you so much.
