Opened an organization with them, pure scam. Fast to take your money, no services whatsoever afterward.

Pure chinese old school scam.

I’m sorry but where in earth does this clown outfit get their employees from?

IM chat, contacting them in English, the first question they asked was “Can you speak English?”

I replied, in English “No, sorry I do not speak a word of English…”

Clowns.

Their mailing unsub button doesn’t work, when told about this, they said they will “pass this onto the relevant team”.

Thus was repeated three times, the second time I was cut off after making a complaint about this.

Thank God I never did business with these baffoons, if they can’t get something as simple as fixing the unsubscribe button, how on Earth are you meant to trust them to open a bank account of form an offshore company without screwing up & potentially costing you thousands?

Everything about them screams “minimum wage” & “under skilled”.

They wouldn’t last a month working for me.

Oh "feedback", "feedback", "feedback", "feedback", "feedback", it's all you bang on about, isn't it? If you actually tried doing something productive with your careers - as opposed to sitting there all day, copying and pasting the same "feedback" line 500 times a day - none of you would be on minimum wage.

Having had some not-so great advice in the past, the team worked incredibly hard to help get my accounts into a really good position. I like the fact that advice and recommendations are straight forward and easy to understand.

Ma appena paghi l'ordine iniziano a chiederti documenti di tutti i tipi; dichiarazioni dei redditi, certificati che devono essere vidimati in comune, lettere di raccomandazione firmate dal direttore della tua banca, ecc... Ad ogni passaggio ti chiedono ulteriori pagamenti: la traduzione, l'ufficio x, l'ufficio y, ogni volta ti scrive una persona diversa chiedendo pagamenti. Se ancora hai il coraggio e i soldi per proseguire, arrivi al punto in cui sono io: ho una ditta aperta in California ma non ho il conto corrente perchè non sono stati in grado di aprirne uno (come invece avevano assicurato di poter fare). Risultato, ho una ditta che non può lavorare e, per di più, non posso pagare le tasse che mi vengono puntualmente chieste in California perchè la ditta non ha un conto. Se iniziate con loro, mettete pure in conto di dover buttar via 3/4mila euro e di dovervi trovare un avvocato

BE CAREFUL! They will cheat you in any possible way. They are going to tell you one price, but after you set up your company, they will ask you for more and more money. I switched to another agent and never had problems like with ONE IBC. WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE! AVOID!

I have good time with them. The incoporation step s very fast. They recommended me Currenxie in Hong Kong for the account opening. Then the process is very fast and easy. I believe that the staffs have good knowledge and experiences.

it was pleasant experienced using OneIBC service. Cindy Ngo was very helpful and very supported at all time (included weekend) replied to my inquires and concern. I am very happy and satisfied with the great service she provided to our company. there are many documents need to be done however, she was very helpful and provided examples and guided us step by step to filled up all the documents. I just wanted a simple personal bank account that can do EUR transactions with internet banking. That was done within a week without hassles. The bank still needs improvements but that's pretty good for hassle-free remote application. It's reasonable that if I needed a better bank, I would go local.

Oh well, It know them from my friend 's reference. They have professional services with helpful consulting. The staffs can answer all your questions and can help you to choose the best thing. My offshore company is well incoporated with them and the bank account opening service is good as well. All of them is a good team to take care for your business!!!

Great service, professional staff. I changed agent from my old one to One IBC last month and they supported me when I have any concerns or problems. It would be better if they can expand their services into other jurisdictions like China or Japan.

Aconteceu alguns atrasos no inicio devido ao primeiro funcionário ter sido alterado de função ou demitido, não sei bem o que aconteceu, fiquei sem assistência devido a esse acontecido. Mas depois uma nova pessoa ficou encarregada de me atender, tudo foi resolvido e o processo aconteceu sem nenhum problema. Estou bem satisfeito e voltarei a fazer mais negócios com a OneIBC.

Found years back via Google search and had only positive experience. Managed to get the job done, compared to previous attempts with other companies. Was fast, too. All done in 2 days. Reliable professionals to count on. Recommended!

2023 Update: prices changed dramatically, switched to a better provider, which offers the same at about 1/4 of the price. No issues there. They just started asking for too much money. And by too much I mean too much. Like really 300% more of what their services cost.

Prompt service, always available. I used OneIBC for HK and BVI and so far I’ve been very happy.

They were very slow and inexperienced. I had to talk many people during the company setup. One of the rep was very rude once I questioned the delay etc.I had to communicate with WhatsApp with many people instead of few emails.
