I would like to share my positive experience with the nurse Dominik who took my blood at the Hove Clinic .
The procedure was completely painless, and she was highly professional throughout.
The clinic was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
The nurse explained each step of the process to me, which made me feel comfortable, and she even advised me on which tests would be most suitable. Overall, I am very impressed with the care and service I received.

Was a great service
Was a great service. Saw me quickly, nurse was friendly and welcoming and had my bloods taken efficiently and without fuss. Nice clean, sterile environment. Got most of the results back the same day and the rest over the next couple of days. And the results all come with a comprehensive and easy to understand booklet of your results. Only loses a start because you have to take the results to a GP to go through them rather then them doing it. But that's just a small niggle to an otherwise great service.

Another experience with Oneday and…
Another experience with Oneday and another success. My consultant wanted tests for specific things - BUPA weren’t paying this time - and Oneday advised me which of their standard tests covered the requirements. As usual easy to pick a time at my nearest clinic.

The Nurse who did Fmy blood test was…
The Nurse who did my blood test was absolutely first class. Friendly and efficient. However the follow up was extremely disappointing. Far to long and complicated emails for what should be a relatively simple procedure. I received the results quickly which was appreciated. However for someone like me with very limited computer experience, Just finding my results was difficult. Owe for an old fashioned letter of confirmation which I would happily pay extra for. Less long emails please.

Thank you for your review. We don't fee it's justified, as we have sent you one email with the results PDF attached to it, that's it.
You also have our customer services available, for any issues.
However, if you feel that getting a first class nurse and very quick results deserves a 3 star - that is ok.
We take onboard the old fashion letter, however we will not be able to provide this.

Professional and Very Knowledgeable Staff. I'm a needle Phobic and couldn't go through with the Test so they rebooked without any other charges, very friendly from Customer service point of view. Excellent Nurses which made me feel very relaxed and using the latest equipment got my results back very quickly and High lighted issues promptly which would other wise taken many Months if not more. 10 out of 10. Tahnk you to all the Team 👏❤👌

Female hormone blood test followed by Ultimate Thyroid Function blood test…
My initial blood test and turn around time for results was quick (22/7/2024) but showed that I needed a follow up blood test .I had that blood test(30/7/2024) but my results did not all come through in the turn around time so I had to request them. I then received all results promptly.
