A fantastic experience
A fantastic experience. Everything was explained really clear before and after my test. I had my results 24 hours later (was supposed to be 3 days) My results were very easy to read and understand because the lady had explained everything so well. Would highly recommend

Everything was really good from start to finish.
The lady who took my blood was honestly above and beyond what I expected. She was very kind and kept checking that I was okay, while also explaining everything clearly throughout the appointment, which made me feel really comfortable.
I was also very impressed with how quickly I received my results. They came through as soon as each test was completed, rather than having to wait for everything to be ready.
Overall, a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend One Day Tests.

Easy booking process and able to get an appointment very quickly. Taken on time on the day. Nurse was friendly and very professional. Gave a detailed explanation of how the system worked, how the results would be received and how to access them on the App. Some results were available the next day and others the following day. Very impressive. Will now take these to my consultant to discuss.

Easy and very central location in Glasgow, clean facilities and professional staff, the lady that took blood is extra nice as she took her very top notch with nice clear explanation with every details.. I will be using them every 3 months henceforth

Excellent
I went for an in-person blood draw. Easy booking, skilled phlebotomist, and fast turnaround. I made a mistake and duplicated some tests; the phlebotomist caught the mistake and Customer Service issued a refund quickly.
