FRAUD - take your money and don't provide service
FRAUD
I trusted this company with a time-critical blood test which was fully paid in advance and confirmed by email. When I arrived there (in the alleyway off a street market where the branch is), the place was closed, shutters down and all.
I immediately contacted them - too busy to answer the phone, tell you to leave a message) and email them geo tagged and time stamped pictures of the place. I even bothered to shake and "knock" on the closed dirty grafitti covered shutters to no answer.
Customer service now refuses to refund me and compensate the additional cost of having it done in another lab given I needed an answer on that day (nevermind the inconveniece and a work day wasted) saying there was a back door I missed. I asked for proof of the signage pointing to that door and they unilaterally closed my complaint and washed their hands, no care in the world. I will be pursuing legal action but feel I really need to share this as they should not be trusted with important mattters such as one's health.
Criminal company, not to be trusted at all.
UPDATE: I have submitted pictures of the closed store geo and time stamoed with no signage whatsoever to an altetnative entrance. I would gladly share them here if the option was available. Onedaytests insists as per answer below there was signage to alternative door but they can't provide any evidence. I have asked for it multiple times and received no answer at all.
This is clearly a dishonest company not to admit the failure and keep my money. I do not need this test anymore, it was time critical and I spent twice the amoynt of money again to have it done on that day with a reputable provider instead. I will report them and pursue compensation but want to prevent other people from falling into their trap

Hi Karina, we will process a refund for you. As per your conversations with our customer services team, the clinic was open and signage pointing towards the door just to the side of the building. We offered you another appointment at no expense to you which you decided not to accept. Kind Regards.

Brilliant
Brilliant.
I have used this service at both Crawley and Croydon. I have also had communication with customer services - absolutely brilliant.
Crawley was amazing - the phlebotomist ( Sharon ? ) was so patient , professional and reassuring.
Emma from customer services was so helpful , friendly , informative and gave such great helpful advice particularly around preparation.
Viviane in Croydon was amazing.
So friendly , calming , reassuring , an absolute angel.
I’d never heard of Onedaytests before a few days ago. I absolutely will use them again without hesitation. Very clean and professional sites too.

I booked a blood test the same day and could get the appointment straight away. Very responsive and effective. I got the result like predicted. I would recommend to friends and family.

All went smoothly
The taking of the blood samples was very quick. Also the results arrived the same evening which was great. Only giving 4 stars as I had to wait quite a while in reception area, even though I arrived in time for my test. Otherwise it all went as promised.
