One Day Tests - Canary Wharf Anmeldelser 

This was my first time using this service. Booked an early 07:45am blood test the day before and paid for a taxi to get there in the morning. Saw a missed call and voicemail at 07:34 saying my appointment was cancelled. This was due to staff absence and having to close the clinic. Shocked that someone can be given such little notice.
I find it hard to believe no one would have known earlier and been able to text, email or call. Their processes urgently need reviewing so customers can be informed much earlier should this happen again. It was a wasted morning getting up extra early and paying for a taxi for an appointment that never went ahead. I requested a refund, which they agreed to do. Not that this makes up for the time, hassle and wasted taxi.

Very helpful in discussing and advising on the tests. Effective and painless. Good detailed results. Could have done with better directions.

I did appreciate that I could book a test quickly, but it took longer than usual (12h) to receive the result of a test that in other clinics I receive in 4-5 hours. I think it is because the labs have to post the samples. Overall my experience was positive.

From my first experience with one day tests is that I could quickly book an alternative appointment at the clinic by paying a modest additional cost, as I could not manage to bleed my finger at all, despite having followed all the instructions, my fingers decided not to bleed. I was able to get results within 24 hours which was very helpful.
The nurse who collected the blood was very knowledgeable and friendly. The clinic was super clean which I was very pleased about.

I am very happy with the quality of the product and the overall experience of using it. They kept me well informed about the various stages of the procedure with a series of emails. Very useful. May consider using it in the future.

I had a great experience at One Day Test. GP Martina made me feel at ease and was excellent at taking my blood test — no bruising at all. She was very caring, gentle, and quick. Fantastic service. I will definitely come back.

The lady taking the bloods was amazing as well.

Normally nurses just use the big vein on my right hand. She saw that it’s been used a lot so found a new vein on my left hand and took bloods.

Everything the NHS isn’t - professional, convenient, respectful, informative. It slightly annoys me feeling that I have to take my healthcare into my own hands and the private sector, but having accepted that, I am very grateful to services like One Day Tests who make it so easy.
