Excellent service
Excellent service. The booking and communication for the timings were great, and the chaps that came along to collect were very polite and professional. All rubbish was taken as arranged with no issues. I will be using this company again and I would recommend.

The crew of two were extremely polite & efficient.
Arrived earlier than originally planned but I was notified in advance of their arrival.
They did exactly what was agreed & left the room tidy.

Very quick to respond
From the 1st contact. To enquire about some rubbish being removed, very speedy to respond.
Stuff was removed less than 24 hours from initial contact!
Got given a 2 hour time slot.
Had a message to say they was running abit late ((sometimes unfortunate things happen)) but kept completely up to date BUT they still got here to collect within the initial time slot given
Can't fault anything with the company from initial contact until collection.

Excellent service!
One clear were excellent. They answered when I rang and gave a clear quote after I sent photos, Came the next day and did the job exactly as agreed (clearing some furniture and rubbish from my flat) and were quick, polite and tidy. Great service!

i phoned up for a quote to remove a inflatable hot tub. within 3 hours the guys had collected and removed the hot tub even while i was at work. every impressed with how quick it was taken.
i will definitely be using monster clearance again.
