Excellent service from Jane. Jane is well spoken, patient, answered all my questions and made me feel important. I was pleased when Jane advised me that there is a free will kit that is provided to me as part of the funeral insurance. That will save me a lot time seeking a will kit elsewhere. Thank you Jane :)

I dumb founded over weight restrictions found everything easy to understand …
I found everything easy to understand but was disappointed that the highest life insurance i was offered was $100,000 because I'm 118kgs an my BMI is high plus payments were very high compared with other companies so I just went with funeral insurance

We assess your eligibility for cover over the phone and do not have access to your medical records to assist in the risk assessment process, and so some of the thresholds for what can be covered and under what terms may be lower than other traditional Insurance policies available on the market.

Jackie was absolutely amazing to deal with! He helped me organise my life insurance as well as funeral insurance for my parents, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.
He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me a range of options, and made sure I understood what would work best for me and my whānau. I really appreciated that he wasn't just trying to sell me something he genuinely listened to what I needed and worked to find the best packages and cover for our situation.
Jackie was professional, knowledgeable, patient and really easy to talk to. I came away feeling confident that my whānau and I are well looked after.
