Michaela helped me discover and accept myself - I am very grateful for her support :)
Over the course of roughly 35 sessions across 2 years, Michaela supported me through a deeply transformative journey of self discovery. I initially came to therapy struggling with low self esteem and a constant habit of comparing myself to others, especially in a work environment. Through her thoughtful and compassionate guidance, I started to realise my value and self worth. She helped me explore and embrace all the different parts of myself and encouraged a sense of self acceptance that has positively impacted every area of my life. Now, 7 months out of therapy, I can genuinely say that the last few months are the happiest and most grounded I’ve felt in a long time! I’m truly grateful for Michaela’s support and the lasting impact she has had on my confidence and wellbeing.

Excellent Support - Would Recommend
I was referred to OneBright following a challenging year both personally and professionally and it was a huge help. Adam took the time to learn about me and how I “tick” and really listened without judgment. He remembered what we discussed at the last session and so over the short period we worked together, I felt like we made progress. Anyone with private health care through work, should check the scope of the cover as it has helped me and my family a lot over the last couple of years.
A massive positive change in my life
The service I got from Onebright has been nothing short of revolutionary for me. My therapist was Maria O'brien, and it lifted a weight off of my shoulders. Without the assistance and education I received I'm not sure I would still be here. I was down and out, completely vulnerable without any sense of aim or light at the end of the tunnel. The course I went on gave me the tools to change everything. If you are reading this, do not hesistate to use these people to help you.
Olivia really supported my daughter
Olivia really supported my daughter. She was very anxious and not really eating as she always felt sick, so started to drop weight. Olivia has worked with her and she is now back to her original weight and doing well. She has really supported my daughter throughout with her anxiety and phobia of sick. She felt very supported through out the CBT.
The “psychiatrists” are GPs masquerading as such
The ‘psychiatrist’ I was referred to was not a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and in fact never had been. She was a GP not a psychiatrist and had not completed specialist training which makes me question the validity of the diagnoses from OneBright and the quality of the service. The autism assessment was pretty much a vibe check and upon speaking to an NHS psychiatrist, it was nowhere near as thorough as it should have been. The report written was also full of inconsistencies and contradictions. I do intend to file an official complaint with the relevant authority because I don’t think it’s right to have unqualified practitioners deliver life changing diagnoses that might not even be accurate. I wouldn’t waste your money. If you ended up here through PMI, you would be better off getting an NHS referral and insisting you see a qualified psychiatrist of your choosing.

Unfortunately Onebright don’t have actual psychologists in the company. From my experience - I have spoken to an unprofessional counsellor/ “therapists” who was discussing her own personal problems and give life examples. When I asked if they actually have a psychiatrist,

Very helpful efficient and fast service
Help with anxiety and low mood
Olivia has given me many resources for me to help overcome my anxiety and low mood. I have felt very supported with chances to review techniques that I was less confident with. I also felt a strong level of understanding and a lack of judgment in our sessions. I now understand how I can apply new approaches to my everyday life and instantly use breathing techniques in moments of high stress. Thank you very much Olivia.

Couldn't have asked for more. The Quality of the therapy from the very beginning was extremely high, and I was able to get noticeable results fairly quickly. Doing a CBT course was the best thing I have ever done for my mental health; it's truly been life-changing. I can't thank my therapist Tracey, and Onebright enough. Highly recommended.
CBT for stress
Zabeen made my 8 sessions interesting and understood how best to help me manage the overwhelming stress I was under. She provided me with tools to help me move forward and reminded me of the importance of balance in my life.
Fantastic service from Meg
My son has completed 8 sessions with Meg and the whole experience was fantastic! We had tried many different things and explored many services for help and this has been by far the best thing we have done for him. My son really struggles with opening up to people and has other neurodiverse needs which made the early sessions quite challenging as he wasn’t comfortable actively participating. Meg was so compassionate and understanding and didn’t rush him and by end of the 8 sessions he is far more confident discussing how he is feeling and trying to understand his emotions and even looked forward to his sessions! As a parent I also have far more information about understanding his behaviours and how best to communicate with him and meet his needs. Her sessions have also given me the confidence to be a better advocate for him.
Meg had lots of ideas for us to try and all the things she suggested were fantastic and had a real positive impact on our lives. We also made a plan about maintaining his progress so we have something to work on going forward which is really helpful. I’d give 100 stars if I could! Thank you so much!

Wish I had done it a long time ago.....
I have been suffering from negative thoughts and feelings for many years, and I had become accustomed to pretending to be ok. The feelings manifested in feelings of anxiety for example when speaking to particular people and doing particular things. It used to make me feel bad, but I used to think maybe I am a bit odd. Speaking to Claire Baker, she quickly diagnosed me with having social anxiety, which was great to hear after so many years of feeling odd. She explained to me that it was a disorder and a reaction could be brought on by small things. She explained that CBT was the best therapy for me. Once I looked at the issue as a disorder rather than me having a problem, things started to change for me quickly.
Claire was very quick to diagnose and I also liked the treatment as it focused on what was happening now, rather than going through past trauma's - which for me can feel circular.
Every session I learnt more and more about the disorder, and it all started to make sense to me.
The sessions were remote via teams. Appointments are planned at regular slots. You get notifications to do your survey before the meeting. Everything works very efficiently.
After being stuck for what feels like a lifetime, I am much more clued up about my condition. I feel less critical of myself and although I still have work to do, I move forward with much greater confidence. Thank you Claire x
