Suspicious Issues
As all the seven reviews so far are heaping praise and fairly recent, I am raising some read flags here.
1. The ordering and confirmation processes are accompanied by very heavy attempts to upsell more products, before initial product is even received.
2.The tracking link given by dispatch is non functional more than 24 hrs after issue.
3.No reports given that product has been shipped 3 days after order was reportedly packed.
4.Two telephone calls, trying to get me to purchase other products
I will update this later to report outcome.
Further to response by Ondrela below. I found the Ondrela.com website and was able to submit the given tracker code there. It shows the parcel has left the sorting centre in China. The link given by dispatch for tracking is still non functional. The amount of upselling attempted prior to successful product delivery deminishes trust. This is a weakness of all USA businesses when dealing with the European market that is not used to it.

Really good product ideas. Lengthy process to complete order; hopeful for performance matching the claims.
I must say up front that I think the product being sold is likely to be a valuable item in my and my wife’s hectic life. Also, more than one of the peripheral items could add to the benefits. My discomfort is that it felt like I might have to purchase so many more items beyond the tracker card I would be on the site for 24 hours. That is somewhat exaggerated admittedly, however the Company hooks you with what may well be a great consumer asset. Then once on their website, immediately after placing an order for the card-tracker, another ancillary item is offered; an improved battery which most folks will order. Then, another accessory that you can’t live without, and then…you get the pattern.
The hook is the credit card-sized radio frequency (rf) tracker. Conveniently it fits in a slot of your wallet or purse (or wherever you could place it) allowing you to locate your wallet or purse if misplaced. I can legitimately say I am willing and glad to pay for a well-designed functional tracker that works with Android or iOS. Surely you know that the panic I have experienced on the few occasions my wallet was not where it should be; my life is OVER if I don’t find my wallet ASAP! This device will “connect” wirelessly to your mobile phone and pinpoint the location of your wallet/purse (as long as this card is inside). Theoretically I will never have to experience that dread and panic again. There has to be a power supply (battery) and for the card to be super thin you would need a
More efficient tracking chip, right? How about when you are traveling on business or pleasure, ever misplace/lose your carry-on or backpack? A hang-tag transmitter would provide peace of mind by being “connected” to your mobile phone. And not to overlook protection of your investment in these marvelous bits of technology - an extended warranty with claims being paid easily when one stops working is common sense.
It sounds like I am being highly critical of this Company’s pursuit of my hard-earned dollars; clearly I think the process should be streamlined. Suggestion: Try making one or two (maybe 3) package deals that bundle some of the several accessories instead of the oft repeated “But wait! There’s MORE!” for each and every
optional purchase one-by-one. Tedious is a fine description of how this Company approaches their online selling process. If these items turn out to perform as described I will gladly come back and applaud their offerings and say how valuable they are in an active persons’ life. I’m crossing my fingers - would you do the same?
