Decent service but need to improved
I used their service two times. Service good, but there is a lot room to improve. Payment system is still quite confusing steps and terminology used in the transaction. Their notification is not clear and frustrating. I go two notification telling me that (first note) that a delivery was attempted but fail. It said the package will be cancelled after few more attempts. (Second notice) told me that the package was “out for delivery”. During this time I was not home to receive the package. It made me very nervous that the package will be cancelled or returned to sender. Finally I went to my post office to get the package. Then I got a message saying it was delivered. If they make clear about the delivery workflow, it will save a patron lot of frustration, worrying about how to receive the package. In the whole process, they sent out at least three messages that made me very worried and frustrated.
