I have a significant value invested. I went to make a withdraw and my account was put on a safety hold. In order to remove the safety and reset the password the company is assigning a 10% value as a refundable bond to reset the password. This is a huge amount of money even when it’s returned. I haven’t been investing to the point of have 100,000s of thousands on hand to prove my mistake. I’ve only taken money out once prior to this for a very small amount.

Frustrating delay and lack of communication on account and withdrawal restriction

I’ve been waiting over four weeks for them to review my documents and lift restrictions on my account (Case #07193698). Despite submitting all requested documents promptly, I have received minimal updates and no clear timeframe for resolution.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful, especially as I need access to my funds urgently. I was at the brink of losing both total invested amount [$109,550] and the fees I paid, but I sought legal advise and counsel from Ayr Lp, submitted the form on their website and got someone assigned to my case. Official contact was made to Onchainvip on the 21st of April, and 5th of May all amount was received.

This company has keeps locking my account and even locked me from chat help. I had about 4500 in bitcoin, they required I deposit 1k to release my funds. I did that, than they locked up again saying now I have 10 days to deposit another 2k in order to retrieve all my money. I can't afford 2k in time and they are putting me in a position to forcefully loose my money to them. That's the majority of all my money in this world, I am 61 years old and already a poor person. These bad people prey on others. Very sad world we live in. 😢 Michael Miranda
