Package arrived well packed and protected, as my order was electrical components this was great to see.
This isn’t my first purchase from OMS. Previous orders were too overnight from DPD. Parts for my Transit are readily available @ competitive prices and would absolutely recommend OMS.
Will be using them again in the coming weeks and months ahead for my 03 Transit.

Window regulator motor
Brilliant, had a motor for window regulator unused and in genuine Ford box , well definitely be back if anything else goes wrong, very quick delivery also , deserves more than 5 stars

Well I have to say I called a lot of places looking for the parts for my van and then I found Om's on the web and the lad was so nice new what I needed and had it up on his computer in seconds, it's so good to have guys like that they are so knowledgeable about what they do

I messed up my order however the people at oms contacted me 1st thing the next morning sorted my mistake and still had the part shipped early enough so I received it the following day ( the original date they said it would be delivered ) excellent service

Great service, mediocre parts
The service is absolutely excellent: order processed, shipped and delivered in no time and through a streamlined and seamless process.
The quality of the replacement parts is far from being on par with the original, though. In my case, the plastic piece that was supposed to hold the part in its place was of abysmal quality and could not work. I had to file the plastic to a shape similar to the original part. Luckily, I somehow got it to work. I cannot recommend these replacements, at least not for small pieces that are designed to snap in place and hold.
