Bought something and then after emailing them twice for a status update they told me they were out of stock and it would be 2-3 additional weeks.
After another email, they posted a credit to my card, which they then reversed!
Now I am disputing it with my credit card company

I dealt exclusively with Anthony Duque, who truly went above and beyond to procure and deliver my Omega Aqua Terra watch. He is a true professional and always responded promptly to my many inquiries. The total experience could not have been more satisfying.

Their great care with customers and returning customers are great they take pride and care for their customers and they make it a great experience to make customers like myself return

I had about 4 orders with OMI jewelry out of the 4 only one was shipped out exactly what I had ordered the other 3 orders were delayed giving other options that I didn’t want refusal of refund beware do not purchase from them it seems nothing in the website is on stock they wait for you to purchase then they order it which delays it even more and then they deny you from a refund making you wait months to receive the item you ordered

Non-Responsive and Disappointing Customer Service!

This company only seems interested in helping you when you’re making a purchase—after that, customer service is nonexistent!

I ordered a bracelet that was smaller than the sales representative recommended for my 7-inch wrist. I needed a size 20, not an 18. Additionally, I purchased a Juste Un Clou bracelet, but it arrived chipped.

I returned both items for exchanges, but despite multiple attempts to contact the company via chat, phone, and email, I have received no response. They currently have both my returned merchandise and my payment.

This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable!

Sell fake Jewelry. Won’t issue a refund for selling the fake jewelry after being exposed

Item was better than described and a show stopper at Christmas.

Purchase a beautiful Rolex diamond bezel pink pearl from omi jewelry for my wife for Christmas. It was amazing. She loved it. It was a little tight and we went to the store to have links put in. The customer service was excellent. I even had them fix my diamond bracelet that I had Purchase and the experience was great. Will definitely Purchase more jewelry or watches from them.

I’m happy with my purchase.The transaction started with a misunderstanding about the watch but, Jonathan took the time to call and ensure that I received the order and a gift for the inconvenience.They want their customer to be happy about their experience.

The Rosary was exactly what I was expecting, if not better. Price was great and customer service was good.

Omi jewelry went over and beyond to ensure that I received my jewelry even after a delay on the piece I ordered. They ended up sending me a more solid piece of jewelry that was better than the one that I ordered.

They are the worst in customer service, and refund . DO NOT BUY AMYTHING FROM THEM

Horrible experience with Omi jewelers . I purchased a ring on Nov 19 2024 , I was then contacted that the ring was not in stock and showed me other options they had available . I did not like them at all and asked for the ring I purchased. Fast forward to today Dec 16 2024 I still don’t have a ring, nor an update ,no tracking information, no eta nor responds to my messages or call.

I purchased my watch on auction with Walter Hoffman and had a great experience I was able to get my dream watch for a reasonable price with no issues I would recommend omi jewlery to anyone who is looking for luxury watches or jewlery they will make sure to take care of you and all your needs!

Easy to shop for online but shipping could be better. Store sound also be better with communication on details on order.
