If you think trying to cancel a gym membership is fun, you’ll LOVE trying to cancel your omgational subscription. signed up with omg on July 6 2026. The first month went ok. Modest results. Month 2 tanked. Not even on the first 3 pages of Google. When I was finally able to get ahold of my account manager at omg (Zoey), she basically said it was my fault because we hadn’t generated enough google reviews. I told her we don’t want to continue with their services. She told me I wasn’t allowed to cancel services because I didn’t submit a cancellation request in Writing 30 days prior. They then charged my card 497.00 and said they would not return the money because I signed an agreement stating the 30 day cancellation policy and there is nothing a can do about it (even though Travis, their sales rep, said I could cancel if I wasn’t happy with the results). Well here I am not happy with the results and they continue to charge me $497 a month. small claims court here we come.

They are absolutely great to work with! Their team is always attentive, responsive, and makes sure our needs are taken care of. Kenny in particular is fantastic to work with—he is professional, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. We truly appreciate their communication and the quality of work they provide!

I’ve had a very good experience with OMG National. They’re easy to work with, responsive, and they actually take the time to understand the details of the business instead of just giving generic marketing advice. Kenny in particular has been great. He’s always willing to get on the phone, explain things, answer questions, and work through ideas with me. My practice is busier than ever, so I’m very happy with how things have gone.

I'll tell you what dealing with Google is a very scary thing when you depend on there calls for clients. One of the best decisions we ever made was choosing OMG to handle our marketing. Kenny our account manager has on multiple times gone above and beyond to resolve our problems. From verifying our business to restoring service on Google Kenny has been heaven sent. Business is a consistent battle Kenny is a true proven warrior when it comes to solving our problems with Google. OMG is like seal team six they blast problems of the map instantly sometimes within hours the same day. Trisha Ford and OMG National have been great to work with! Very professional, personable, and they know what they're doing.

They do absolutely nothing for your company. You pay them $500 a month and believe me they promise you the world like every other company who believes they are the best. No they sit back and say invest more money and pay us and we will pay Google to bring you in more business. I asked why pay them if I can go directly to Google and I never got an answer so I dropped them and went to Google. I asked them for a refund and nothing. They made up all the work they didn’t do and sent me another bill. What happened to the companies that actually work. Believe me there not one of them. Stay away from OMG you will thank me later.

Omg are some scammers I believe all the good reviews is there employees family and friends ain’t no way they are a good honest company the way they scam me it should be illegal

I will not recommend this company at all, they are a waste of time. From the sales team not being able to answer basic questions, to the onboarding team having to send multiple emails to get answers for us. Would say to look elsewhere. They make promises that they cannot keep and then get your google profile suspended.

Then they try to persuade you to remove bad review.

This company deserves nothing less than five stars and anyone who doesn't see that this is an amazing company is kind of blind! I had an amazing experience with them I deleted my Google profile by accident after a series of doxing by some crazy customer I had no idea how to get 5 years of work back because I mostly had five star reviews except for this weird person that started this one star campaign. We live in a very crazy world! From the moment that I talk to Preston and his team not only did they execute what they said they would they would follow up call back respond in a timely manner and the perk of all moments they could speak English! And it wasn't some AI bot it was real people that you could really communicate with that actually did what they said they were going to do I will always use them for any business that I start!

these people are the biggest scammers they will scam money out of you every month and do absolutely nothing hope to see him at the Tow show so I can whip their ass

These company is literally a scambag. Please don't go with them, a lot of lies and broken promises. They charged us 400 a month for four months and never seen nothing literally nothing. I already got my lawyer and we going after these SCAMBAGS. ATTENTION DON'T MESS WITH THIS COMPANY OMG. You will be saying to yourself, OMG I can't believe how they ripped us off!

So far, everything that was promised has been a committed experience. Cami Aponte, my digital marketing specialist, has been great. The communication has been fantastic, almost same-day service, which is something that subscription services usually don’t offer. I did have a few doubts about the subscription itself but It’s very easy to communicate with Cami via email or phone if I need to. If I could, I would give this service a 10-star rating.

The staff is easy to work with. They listened to my needs and they delivered.

THEY TAKE CARE OF OUR WEBSITE WITHOUT THE OFFICE HAVING TO DO MUCH---SEND PHOTOS AND UPDATE CAR SALES LIST. ONE LESS THING THE OFFICE HAS TO DEAL WITH.
