Quick, easy and super helpful when we dropped the car up. Great car - exactly what we needed and returning it was simple and efficient. Transferred to airport was great and quick as well.

Value for money was great, car was in good condition with the expected chips and bumps on a car it's age.
The staff at pickup were polite and helpful although we were given some incorrect drop off information, which had I not checked, could've resulted in some anxious times early in the morning at the airport.

Omega is my go-to rental car company in NZ since my exchange student days. First rented from them in 2017, and renting again in 2024 has been equally fuss-free.
Daily rental rates are very reasonable and the car pick-up/drop-off process has always been easy and seamless. If you choose a city centre pick-up from Omega Queenstown, there’s an extra step to head to their depot slightly outside of the city - but they cover an Uber ride there so there was barely an inconvenience.

Last minute online booking. Everything went great, good price with no hidden costs. Picked up our car from Christchurch (Omega paid for taxi from city to pick up location) and dropped off in Queenstown with transfer to airport.

I looked around before choosing Omega Rentals for our visit to Queenstown, they seemed to be the best value and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service that I received also. Being less expensive than the other I thought could be an issue from the service side, however, this turned out not to be the case, they were excellent, thanks again.

Their rental rates for very affordable. The car, clean and reliable. Our taxi driver overcharged us for our ride from Queenstown to Omega's depot and Omega still reimburse the full amount of the taxi fare. Much appreciated, will be happy to rent a car from them again.
