THE BEST SURGEON!! Its taken me a long time to get around to writing this review because im not sure words can really explain how absolutely wonderful Dr Omar Tillo and his team at the Creo Clinic (Amy and Zaida) are. I have undergone multiple surgeries with Dr Omar, and more are around the corner. I did my research very thoroughly but that aside i had to have the “right feeling” about the person who was going to change my life (and whom i was going to spend my money on). I knew immediately upon meeting him he was the surgeon i wanted. He was reserved, humble, professional and had an eye for detail. We have now seen each other multiple times and he is funny, kind and importantly, so reassuring. Nothing has been too much effort and i had a rough stage in recovery that he went above and beyond to support me through.

I am also very pleased with the results, i dont want to list publicly everything ive had done, but its alot, and he has done it all wonderfully. Alot of surgeons carry an air or arrogance but not Dr Tillo. I have also seen Amy who is part of his team and she is an absolutely wonderful women. It sounds silly but i genuinely look forward to my check ups to see them both. Just a wonderful clinic, with a warm and caring team. I cant thank you enough for the care you’ve shown me as a team, and i cant wait to continue my journey with you all.

Dr Omar Tillo genuinely wants the best for his patients. He goes above and beyond and id give him ten stars if i could!

I recently underwent a breast lift surgery performed by Dr. Tillo, and I am extremely thrilled thrilled with the results! From the very first consultation, Dr. Tillo's professionalism stood out. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and clarity, making me feel completely at ease.

This is my second surgey Ive had with Dr Tillo ( first was for something completley different ) and honestly I would never ever go to anyone else. He is truly the best there is.

After years of self loathing and shame , and more financially able I took the leap in my 40s to deal with my Gynecomastia type 4 I’ve had since I was a young boy . No matter what diet exercise I did they would not go . So I spent 6 months travelling the length of the UK to find the surgeon I would trust . Hours of research spent and miles traveled. Out of 6 surgeons I visited Dr Tillo was my final choice . The furthest away and most expensive, but it felt right .
My surgery was quite big and big scars , Lipo , a lot of skin removal, and nipples repositioning.
Day of surgery nervous but I was first in that morning so no waiting nervously! 3 hours after surgery , woke up and my chest was flat !!! Post surgery is going very well , poor Dr Tillo and Paulina constantly answering my texts if I have any worries.
Yesterday I had my 10day post surgery meeting with Dr Tillo . Scar tape removed and I can honestly say it’s changed my life ! Unbelievable, this guy is a a magician scars looked great and I’m sure the will settle nicely with right care over next 5 months !!
To say this has changed my life is an understatement, being able to go swimming with my children, wearing a Tshirt in the summer …. Priceless.
Thank you Dr Tillo I feel I have a new lease of life and I can’t thank you and the staff enough!!!!! Highly recommend!! Grown man brought to tears he’s so happy with results.

Mr. Tillo was an excellent physician and certainly one that cares deeply about his patients. Very grateful for his professional bedside manner and caring persona.

Sometimes everything in life runs smoothly and at other times it doesn’t.
This is my story during my recovery with Dr Tillo.

The surgery went extremely well.
The 6 hour anaesthesia didn’t affect me despite of my age and the fact that I am an ex-smoker for 40+ years.

Unfortunately one of the stitches underneath my armpit got damaged and infected.
Without any hesitation, Dr Tillo arranged to see me and kept seeing me every 2 days until he ensured that the wound healed.
His personal attention and care was extraordinary.
He didn’t charge me extra for the extra visits. His only interest was that I had a speedy recovery which without his supervision might have been a bit difficult.
He takes pride in what he does and he looks after his patients without having any financial gain in mind.
His main aim is the full recovery of his patients.
The result so far (even only just after 7 weeks post-surgery) and despite the complications is great - exactly what I expected.

I also feel that I have to praise Zaida who was giving me the post-surgery lymphatic drainage massages.
No doubt that her skills and expertise, helped me recover more quickly. She knows exactly what she is doing and she really cares about her patients.

Needless to say that things will improve even more and the end result will be more obvious after 6 months.
Overall, I highly recommend Dr Tillo and Creo Clinic. He is an “artist” in his field but above all a caring human being.

I had a full abdominoplasty. Dr Tillo was extremely experienced and he and the team made me feel very at ease before the procedure.

Doctor Gina is the best. It feels like you are in the experts hands for treatment. Very knowledgeable and able to advise the best suited treatment for your skin.
This year I am having skin laser treatment around my eyes, polynucleotides injections. Little bit of botox for the forehead head.
Got me using Zo Obagi growth serum and I don’t understand how I lived without it before.

I waited to try the Fotona 4d laser treatment as I have read so many good things about it. I was treated by Emily West, she made my treatment so pleasent, she was very caring, making sure that I wasn’t feeling pain, she explain everything about the treatment, she was simply fantastic. After a few days I could see the result on my skin and I’m absolutely satisfied and I will return.

I have had a mommy makeover( breast augmentation and Tommy tuck) with Mr Tillo and CroeClinic.
I'm so happy with the outcome of the surgery. My breast looks exactly as I wanted, full but natural and my stomach never looked. Finally, I fully love what I see in the mirror.
I have received amazing patient care from the moment of my first consultation until post-op care.

Dr Omar Tillo is an absolute magician! He is an incredibly talented artist as well as a surgeon! He has truly changed my life for the better!
I had a thigh lift with fat transfer and tattoo removal with him on August 23rd.
The results are amazing I am over the moon he has made my body 10000000% better! The scars are very thin! My thighs are tight and small and the fat transfer looks soo good!! He also removed an horrendous tattoo and there is no trace of it at all!
The ONLY downside to this is I WISH I found him sooner!
I have previously had three thigh lifts and two fat transfer by different surgeons who all completely botched me so not only did Dr Tillo have to correct someone else’s work but he gave me exactly what I wanted!
Dr Tillo catered to my every need he was very informative and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience.
I’ve not only referred him to two more people but I’m going for another round with him in a few months!

From start to end, Omar Tillo was everything I hoped for in a surgeon. He is experienced, realistic and made me feel so comfortable and confident that I was choosing the right surgeon. Just by meeting him once for my initial consultation I knew that Omar was the surgeon for me, he was extremely friendly and explained everything I needed to know in just the right amount of detail. On the day of surgery he put me at ease and everything went smoothly. The after care was first class. I am so happy with the outcomes of my surgery, Dr Tillo is a very skilful surgeon and I highly recommend him. I definitely chose the right surgeon and couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Detailed review from pre consultation to today which is around 3 months after surgery.

For around 10 years I had wanted a surgery on my breasts but everytime I went for a consultation, I was advised some sort of enhancement, breast lift .etc. I have small A-B cup breasts, which I was happy with, but large areola due to weight loss and drooping over time. It was only recently that I found out about areola reduction surgeries and knew that this is what I wanted. I found Dr Omar Tillo through Real Self as I filtered down on Dr's who had done areola reduction surgery - which oddly enough is rare to find in the Surrey/London area. I think most Dr's end up advising for a Breast lift where they can tie in an areola reduction but I knew a breast lift wasn't for me. I'm 30, with no children and wanted to avoided general anaesthetic or a heavy surgery. I wanted local anaesthetic with a quick recovery time so this seemed perfect.

I booked Dr Omar Tillo's online consultation through Centre for Surgery. Before having the consultation I felt let down as the appointment kept being moved. For someone planning a surgery, it's already quite an anxious time so having a set appointment that doesn't keep moving is quite important. In having the online consultation, it felt a bit rushed and impersonal which did put me off but I decided to book an in person consultation as a follow up - and I'm so glad I did. Upon meeting Dr Tillo he was lovely and had a great bedside manner. He didn't try to persuade me into any other heavy surgery like other Dr's had and assured me that I was a good candidate for an areola reduction surgery.

I felt completely relaxed during the surgery, which took around 2 hours and I was back at work the next day!

The most daunting time for me was waiting to get the gauze off so you can see the shape but you have to keep reminding yourself that the shape of the areola does change over the next few months as your breasts, stitches and scarring settles.

3 months post surgery I am SOOOOO happy with the results and so glad I went with Dr Tillo. It's exceeded my expectations in the process and the results. The difference is incredible - not only are my areola reduced but I also managed to have a small lift too. I wish I had gotten this done sooner!

My only issue was around 1 month ago where I had a lump form under the scar in the stitching area, which resulted in a small area popping with puss and blood. Centre for Surgery were very quick to respond and get me in with an appointment. Other than that, the recovery has been so easy and simple.

Very happy with the care I have received from Dr Tillo. He has been professional throughout and has made me feel Empowered throughout my care.

Dr Tillo and his team were really professional and made me feel very confortable throughout the procedure. His team was checking on me every day for the following week after the surgery if everything was fine. I highly recommend Dr Tillo as surgeon.

I had an earlobe repair for both ears. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Tillo was professional and kind and able to put me at ease during the procedure. My earlobes are healing wonderfully (its been 2 months) and scarring has been minimal.

I am so happy that I picked Mr Tillo to be my surgeon. He is an expert on mum bodies. My body completely changed after having two children. I still looked pregnant and my breasts where gone.
