This is my first time using Trust Pilot. I am impressed with the service operator who responded immediately to my e-mail with a brief question about my placed order. My rep was knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend Trust Pilot to others.

I had a wonderful experience placing my order, as well as with follow-up confirmation!

I am so excited to get these Christmas books.
Linda reached out with suggestions to enhance the books.

In today’s world I get nervous about purchasing something from an unknown party. But I have had a good experience with this company and will continue to use them.

Great communication and prompt service! Love it

I saw the advertisement on Facebook and this is a good idea for adults and teenagers for Christmas. It was really easy to order. I love the choices that are available. The customer service is personal which always makes the difference when purchasing. Linda sent a text right after my order was completed. I got a confirmation email and text. She gave me get information regarding the dots to place on items for the books and did not try to upscale anything. Best Christmas gift bought so far.

What made my experience? The best was the fantastic customer service that I received when ordering my books. I am so looking forward to giving this to my family. They are going to enjoy it so much and it will be something that they’ll remember for a very long time. I love how I can customize and give them whatever it is that I want on each page. This gift book works for kids of all ages and family members and adult children. It’s just fantastic idea.

Customer service is great. I have not received the Christmas card yet. I will update this when I receive it.

Can’t wait to receive it.
