From skeptical consumer to very satisfied customer.
After placing my order I was worried that I wouldn’t receive my package because the provided tracking number did not work. I reached out to Oluolin with very little anticipation of receiving the help I needed. I was very wrong! Their customer support member (Karl) was fantastic! He addressed my concern, gave me an expected timeline for my delivery and explained the item was being shipped from overseas, and then he followed up to make sure I received my package, which I did! The package arrived on time and the product is spectacular! Customer support and product quality is on point. The tracking number never worked for me, which they are looking into making better. Very helpful.

Do not order from this company. This is a scam business. They will take your money and never send you a product. I’ve been trying to get my sweatshirts for over a month and now they are telling me to contact usps to find my order as they don’t know where it is.

In situations like this, especially when a package is marked as “in transit” or “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, we may suggest contacting USPS first, as they sometimes have more detailed delivery info than we can access. It’s never our intention to shift responsibility — just to help find a faster solution for you.

Big joke - return cannot be done
I found that item size was not suitable and wanted to return it to warehouse for exchange after trying on it. They replied me with return address and receiver name only. They seemed to be unwilling to provide the real contact number and company name of that warehouse. Return for exchange is no way!!
You mention you can return your items on your website but it’s is not feasible in practice. Isn’t it a big joke?

I ordered two sweaters from them using the bogo sale and the sweaters I did receive are pretty good quality but I only got one of the sweaters I ordered and the other was just some random sweater. I don’t think I would trust this company again the services seem to be 50/50 some bad, some good. I would also like to say that reaching them is nearly impossible even if you find their customer service line.

Dropshipping scam
I’m sure the quality of the product is good but thats because it is a website for dropshipping! This means that the website doesn’t sell you products made by them, they sell other people’s products for a marked up price. With this in mind, if your order gets lost then there’s no customer service help because we aren’t their customer. Bad website, bad company.

Would buy, just make sure you 100% about everything
Overall, not really a scam. They do deliver your sweaters and they are just as pictured. Shipping wasn't too bad, took about 3 weeks to ship. The only downside is that if anything goes wrong along the way, customer service is nonexistent, and you will barely get a response from support. And that could be really annoying if you have any questions about your order. I bought 2 sweaters with the BOGO, however, I later noticed only one got purchased and I reached out, after getting one response they were Thanos snapped out of the earth.
