Found a mug online which I wanted for a friend, but wasn’t in the store when I visited. Staff ordered it for me to collect ( my choice) - couldn’t have been more helpful! Great service.

Evri informed me that it was going to be tuesday 25/8/26 with a time slot. Did not arrive, waited all day.
Then i was told it was going to be friday 28/8/26 which was yesterday. still nothing.
I am very disappointed with the service. This was a present for my daughter.
I`ll stick to Pandora next time.

The ordering was all good,shame about the delivery of products. Ordered on Tuesday morning and paid extra for next day delivery for an anniversary present for my wife on the Wednesday and it finally arrived Friday!!!!!!

We received package no problem!
The way it was packaged was ridiculous! It was a gift card that came wrapped in paper and placed in too large a box to fit through the letter box - a small maybe padded but maybe not envelope that fitted through the letter box would have sufficed!! Please consider this when sending out the next gift card.

Seven stars if I could!
Looking for a particular bag for a birthday present, I decided to visit Cabot Circus store rather than buy online where delivery estimates would be too late. As it turned out they didn't have the one I wanted, but the staff were amazing - not only ordered it for me with a much shorter delivery window, but offered a brilliant and most ingenious solution to a till problem that seemed as if it would make the whole transaction impossible. Long story short, I was able to buy, collect and post the bag I needed in good time for the birthday. Thank you so much, people, you were great! I'd give you seven stars if I could :)

I had pleasant experience shopping…
I had pleasant experience shopping Oliver Bonas’s website. The only issue I notice is if you decide to collect the item, instead of having it delivered, there is still a charge. The price for collection versus delivery is 95 pence, so it makes sense to just have it delivered especially if you’re short on time.

We came to our decision thoughtfully and considered every angle before deciding on this charge. Inflation has had an impact on our delivery partners as well as our packaging and resources, so our overheads have increased. Where possible we have tried not to pass this on but there are a few areas where this has just not been possible.

Ordered a gift card and paid for next day delivery. I was emailed the next day to say they couldn’t promise next day delivery and will process a refund. Gift card has still not arrived four days later. Annoying to offer next day delivery if it’s not something they can fulfil. Although refund for the additional cost is on the way, I would have preferred to been told from the outset and then gone into a shop. Bad from OB and even worse from delivery company.

Bad quality.
I ordered a red leather glasses case. The one star is for the speed of delivery and packaging which were both OK.
The case shows quality control issues. Part of the lid lining shows front left which is obvious as it's pale pink. Worse is where the lid meets the body, the finishing is bad, uneven and ugly. I am returning this item and won't order from you again.

Fabulous first experience
The quality of the products was excellent, as were the sale prices. Thrilled with the two purchases made. Lovely decorative items for my home. Great communication about delivery, which was prompt and the items were packaged well to avoid damage.
