I had to at least give a 2 star rating because after four purchases, I have been fairly happy. The last two orders something was wrong with -the heat had gotten to them and on most recent order it appeared that the packages were cut maybe by a box cutter??.. however when I called and emailed to let them know, they promptly let me know. It would be fine when my okra turned white, They simply told me to scrape it off with a spoon, and it would be fine, but what I wonder is if they would scrape fungus off of their food after paying a high price for it and then eat it. I wanted to post a picture of how terrible this pickled okra looks but I am posting the literal response that I got from them as if I was supposed to be tickled pink!!!!

The pickles are good. They're not dill enough to me as far as ever craving or just really wanting one, like a ball park pickle. I understand tho that's because it's made better and different. I really liked the olive mix. I'd never had Kimchi and knew it would be harder for me to eat, and would only be in small small amounts. That's why I made sure it stays good. I enjoy it on Brats, Different Sausages etc. I do it since it's good for you lol and last me a long time. Going to try a touch on a grilled cheese soon :-) It had cold pack. I haven't had to deal with customer service and that's just being honest. So I've no idea on that. That's why I gave a 4 star, because I won't rate that part not dealing w it. Seems ppl have had problems. I haven't, but there's not been a cause

I ordered nine items from Olive My Pickle for an upcoming event. One of the product packages—not the outside shipping box—ruptured during transit and leaked throughout the box. I contacted customer service and asked them to expedite a replacement so I would still have the full order I paid for in time for my event. Instead, they refunded the damaged item and told me they would only ship a replacement if I purchased additional products because sending one item was not worth the shipping cost to them. That is remarkably poor customer service. Their product packaging failed, yet rather than absorb the relatively small cost of correcting the problem and delivering what I originally ordered, they placed the inconvenience and responsibility back on me. Good customer service means making the customer whole when your product arrives damaged—not requiring another purchase before you are willing to fix it. I hope the company reconsiders and chooses to make this right.

I've eaten lots of muffuletta, and I’m not a picky eater. However, I couldn’t handle even one spoonful of Olive My Pickle's Muffuletta on a sandwich. It's extremely pungent and rancid tasting. I assumed it must have gone bad. However, upon contacting the company, they assured me that this is how their Muffuletta is supposed to taste. They suggested I mix "small amounts" of it into other foods like RICE. "You’ll get used to the flavors over time" they said. Ummmm....what?! It's insane to be required to eat tiny amounts to work up to eventually (maybe) being able to use it on a sandwich. Not to mention, the literal definition of Muffuletta is an olive salad FOR SANDWICHES. Incredibly misleading product labeling. You should only buy from this company if your goal is solely to consume probiotics and you have no access to yogurt or supplements.

First the three $46 bags were boiling with no cooling efforts inside. I contacted immediately on this due to my health issues. I received an AI reply. We tried them on the 4th! Everyone was disgusted. I contacted Olive My Zpivle again(all through Amazon). Once again AI advised me that I knew nothing about the fermentation process. Untrue. I emailed again asking for a refund. I was told no! Asked in one last email and you can guess the answer. I recommend you know products or read reviews, not just the positive paid for ones.

I have placed several orders, and all of my orders have been received promptly and with chill packs still cold. What I like most is that it's one of the few places that has real saltwater-brined olives! If you want to get away from the vinegar-cured ones at the grocery store and try an olive the way it was meant to taste, look no further. The pickles are tasty too, but the olives are where it's at for me!

I try to keep my stomach healthy and fermented foods is one of the best ways to do it.

I saw their ad via social media and gave them a try and when I saw they had Kimchi, I was sold!

I bought their 6 box pack for the extra 15% off discount. Got 2 kimchi (cucumber & classic), a spicy sauerkraut, garlic pickles, vegetable medley and Greek olive mix.

Everything arrived promptly and the food was quite good. A little salty, but that should be expected since it's naturally fermented where like 3% of the water weight is salt.

The Kimchi can be a little spicier, but that's personal preference for me, since I dine at Kimchi restaurants. I guess it's safer to not make it too spicey for the masses.

For what you're getting, it's pretty pricey in my opinion. But if you really want the benefits of truly fermented foods, the manual work they put into making it... OliveMyPickle is a good choice in my opinion.

Terrible Customer Service!!! Emily has no customer service skills!!!!

The pickles are pretty good. Fermented pickles/olives/etc are very salty to me but I knew that going in and everything I got was good (though I drained a lot of the brine to tone down the saltiness). Honestly, my poor review isn’t reflective of the product but of the service I received. I placed 2 orders within a month totaling over $200. My second shipment was missing a product and Olive My Pickle refused to send me a replacement after their mistake. They gave me a credit but now I have to build a large order to even use it and pay for the shipping. I told them I just wanted the missing product and they said they won’t send it to me unless I pay shipping. Mind you, this is an item that THEY forgot to include in my expensive order, not something I made a mistake on. I’ve honestly never dealt with a company that just outright refused to make good on their mistake, even after they acknowledged it. So, 3 stars for the products I received, 0 stars for customer service. A bizarre way to treat a new customer spending $200 in their first month. My money will def go elsewhere now.

Very poor experience and extremely concerning customer handling.

Two olive products I received were not acceptable. One had a clearly off smell and taste — no one at the table would eat it. The other had almost no flavor. This was immediately obvious to multiple people. This is not a matter of personal preference.

I contacted the company with a simple and reasonable request to replace those items.

Instead of addressing the issue, I received repeated scripted responses hiding behind policy:

“We don’t have a blanket ‘money back guarantee’”

“If it’s a matter of taste… we do not refund or replace”

“We always stand by the quality of our ferments”

I explained multiple times that this was not about taste and that one product appeared spoiled.

It made no difference.

The responses did not change. The issue was never addressed. They continued repeating policy while ignoring the actual problem being reported.

No resolution.
No ownership.
No accountability.

Just copy-paste replies.

What’s most concerning is this:
When a customer reports a product with an “off smell and taste,” the response is not to investigate or resolve—it is to deflect and minimize.

That raises serious questions about quality control and how potential product issues are handled internally.

This was a small, easily fixable situation. Instead, it exposed a much bigger problem in how this business operates.

If something goes wrong with your order, you should be prepared for resistance rather than resolution.

Based on this experience, I would be cautious.
