1. Avoid eating high cholesterol food such as sweets, canned goods, processed meat such as hot dogs or any fatty food.
2. Red meat is very high in cholesterol so try to avoid this too. A good example to this would be liver.
3. Try to maintain a healthy diet by eating moderately and eat whole grains or vegetables if you can.
4. Instead of drinking a regular milk, you can substitute skim milk to this.
5. Avoid the egg yolk if you can. One egg yolk contains 240 cholesterol already.
6. Stay with fiber for this will be a good source of reducing cholesterol in the body.
7. Do at least one set of exercise per day to keep your body healthy because your low density lipoprotein will be reduced.
Unfortunately, you can never see symptoms of slightly colesterolo alto. Blood tests should be done in order to know the level of the cholesterol in your body. Don’t wait for the cholesterol level to be severely high in your body because this will surely lead to a very serious disease. Watch what you eat and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
