The dresses look NOTHING like the pictures. The fabric is completely transparent. I tried to return but they offered me only $36 and said I could keep the dresses. They said I could return them for a full refund but I have to pay the freight shipping to Dubai. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. The clothing is TRASH!

Love ordering your clothes. They’re always well made and true to size.

I received my two articles of clothing yesterday and they are not true to size. Both outfits are too small. I have not been able to find the return authorization so I can return them for a refund.

Terrible return service. Customer Service contact info was not available. Address for questions/assistance is not recognized as legitimate so cannot send for return information.

I absolutely love the 2 piece set I ordered but I mistakenly entered the wrong size on the 2 items I ordered. Olgea replied promptly and will get the correct size to me soon. I love their products and will anxiously wait for my replacement items in the right size.

Their entire website is false advertising. They are not in the USA. 1.) The clothes come from China, not the US that is why it takes 6-12 weeks to arrive. The package literally has a sticker that says "made in china". 2.) Their website says 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. This is a lie. I wanted to return 1 items for a refund of $50. A bunch of emails later, I settled for $25.. They begged me to keep the items. The return address is in Dubai, so you can only imagine how expensive it would be to return - which BTW is on the customer 3.) The clothes do not look anything like the pictures on the website. No care instructions or material descriptions on the clothing. I suspect it is polyester. It feels cheap and the clothes are not comfortable. 4. ) The website also states 24/7 customer service. Another lie. The emails come in the middle of the night. I basically had to wait to hear from someone for 24 hours.
If I could give them a negative rating I would.

This appears to be a sister company of "Isjor"; identical items and info on website.

Do not use either of these companies...I ordered from Isjor on 1/2/25...still no tracking info or any indication they intend to send the product. Just a series of emails stringing me along. Thank goodness the order was for only one sweater, but regardless, it's infuriating to be misled like this.

Do NOT order from this company, ordered two outfits, the quality was awful tried to return them to no avail.
Customer service was horrible now I’m stuck with $118 of worthless clothes.

Love at first sight when I saw this sweater. I knew I had to have it. It took awhile before it actually shipped; I imagine it was because they were swamped with other orders. Received safely and is a terrific sweater. I know I’ll enjoy it for years.

The pink sweater set is soft and lovely. The green top to the pants and top does not match the green in the pants, although in the picture it does. Also, that material (partly rayon) feels suspiciously like polyester, ick.
