Olea Essence Anmeldelser

Changing my review: I did finally receive an email back explaining what was going on behind the scenes and that was very helpful. I just received my order today and I’m very excited about it! They do have really great products and olive oil is amazing! Sounds like there were some delays due to holidays.

Initial post:
After multiple emails I still have not received my order. When asked about if it has shipped I just kept getting my invoice information which is not what I was asking for. It has been a month now. Disappointed since their products are great but communication could be way better! Still trying to figure out where my order is and will most likely have to dispute the charged card.

Love your olive oil and my wife uses your foot lotion and loves that as well.

Always happy customers. Delighted to consume products from Eretz Yisrael. We are repeat customers since our first purchase during our trip in November 2016

You'll be pleasantly amazed with the smoothness of your skin after using the wash and exfoliate! And yes, your skin will glow. The Thank You Note made me feel welcomed into the family of customers. I'm so thankful I traveled to Jerusalem 12 years ago and felt assured that I could trust the manufacturers and online order for these products which will help make a beautiful world!

What a great, small business! Thank you for the personal note, included with my order.

After visiting Olea Essence in Israel, I was so impressed with the products and the owner's knowledge and thoughtfulness that go into these products. I took a business card with the intent of ordering online.
It was so easy to order online. The website is easy to follow and very safe. I got updates on the delivery and received my items in a timely manner. Thank you!

Thank you for sending my order so quickly! Received everything and packed beautifully

Awesome products. Great customer service. Delivery time can be improved.

I really like the products for men and their effect on my skin.
Since using the After Shave Gel after shaving I have not had any facial sores.

Ever since visiting your facility, I have been ordering your fabulous olive oils!!

I finally received my products. The tracking # did not work. I sent 2 emails requesting help and no response.I am disappointed with customer service. However, I am raising my review to 4 stars because I love the products. We'll blame this one on the US postal service.

As always, superb product and customer service. THANKS, c
