ornament storage boxes…
I ordered the ornament storage boxes and was disappointed to discover that about half of my ornaments were too big or too wide to fit in the boxes, even though they are "adjustable". The website says they have larger boxes, but I was unable to find them on the website.
I have been collecting OWC ornaments for decades (I love the quality) and want to protect them, but will have to find another way to store my larger items.

Dear [Customer Name],
Thank you for your message and for being a longtime collector—we truly appreciate it.
Hello Sharon-
Our ornament storage boxes are adjustable, as noted in the product description. All internal dividers are removable, as well as the internal shelves allowing you to customize the space to fit ornaments of any size.
I’m sorry for any confusion.
Best regards,
OWC
Top ornament vendor, highly recommend
My order was sent promptly and accurately, and received in perfect condition. My girlfriend was happy to receive these St. Patrick's Day ornaments. They were exactly what she wanted: quality glass ornaments. I also appreciated the shipping notifications so I knew they were arriving. ShopPay interface to the Old World Christmas website worked perfectly.-
