Everyone, please stay away from these scammers. The products are of poor quality and far from what they claim.

One of the worst purchases I’ve made in my life. Firstly the last mile provider forgot to tell me the shipment arrived, then when I connected them they told me that the delivery was sent back because I didn’t picked it up. After two months of back and forward emails I asked them for refund as they promised on their website, they told me the only option is reshipment and that I need to pay extra 10 euros for it. Finally when the delivery arrived it was low quality, very disappointing clothing, the colour of the shirt started to fade away after one laundry. Stay away from this scam!

Awful! Quality is rubbish and if you try to return anything it is nearly impossible to get your money back!

If I could leave a negative star i would. There is nothing "old money" about this company.
The quality of products I received was on level (probably worse) with temu clothes.
The refund process is an absolute joke! I have been trying to get my refund for over 2months now. Even with the company providing their own return paperwork and me having a tracking number on the return, the company are stating that they cannot locate the return in their warehouse, after admitting the tracking number shows the date, time and location of delivery is correct.
Unfortunately I will probably never get my money back (around £300) from this shambles of a company.
Stay away from this scam!

Ordered a suit that was xxl and it came kids size . After 2 months I’m still trying to claim my refund and haven’t had any lick so far

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered clothes 3 weeks in advance for my birthday, they took over a month to arrive and when they did they were all too small despite ordering my usual size (XL) it fitted like an S. I requested the return information which took multiple emails only for them to confirm the address is a warehouse in China. Here I was thinking it’s a brand based in London. Nearly 3 months later I still don’t have a refund. I have confirmation that my parcel was returned to the warehouse and when engaging with the customer service team they said they still “need to confirm with the warehouse team that it’s arrived” … I literally have confirmation as I tracked it. Avoid this brand at all costs, the sizing won’t be right, it will take a month to arrive, and you’ll end up spending money to send it back and fighting to the death to get a refund. 0 star if I could.

Its just a front for a chinese store! you are paying way over the odds for nothing.

1st hand experience from buying from them, it also took a month to ship (which it doesnt tell you anywhere.)

NO "free shipping back" to china. This is a total scam - the call it hasslefree (so without much effort, but shipping costs are on you). Very unhappy. I bought 2 shorts and 3 shirts for 150€. Recieved just poor quality. Three shirts just with different color's but every shirt had a different feeling. One was cotton, one was plastic and the other was something in between. After complaining with the company and sending plenty messages to them, they cannot give a partial refund of more than 10% and dont take the shipping cost's.

It is just a drop shipper based in China, with lowest quality of fabric and months of estimated delivery.

Run by AI in their customer services and impossible to speak with real human.

Their return policy is basically designed to not being accepted.

Basically a shake up, don't lose your money on them.

Don't buy from them. The images in the site are completely different from what you receive. In reality its really cheap quality. The delivery took 15 days to ship to Bulgaria.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered before I read the reviews dont make the same mistake!!
Items never arrive you get automated responses from AI Bots, your items will take 45 days to arrive not 5 then when they tell you they havnt got your size you still can't have a refund.
This is a dropshipper from China, avoid at all costs!!

This was genuinely my worst experience in buying online. The "company" is an absolute scam, they purport to be a high quality clothing company and the products could not be further from that. They use the poorest quality fabrics and carry out shockingly bad tailoring. The clothes I received looked nothing even remotely close to what was advertised, evidently using stock photos of other clothing brands. Not only this, they failed to send certain items, claimed they had and refused to send me the return address (a warehouse in China) until I threatened to escalate the matter. Not only this, but they then denied receiving the clothing and have yet to refund me any money. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please, please, please do not fall prey to this scam and read the real reviews before making any purchases!

After receiving my order I was extremely dissapointed by the quality.
I immediately tried to refund it, but it took over 3 months to get my money back.
Within those three months they tried to scam me into believing that they do not accept returns (even though their policy states exactly that, as it is required by law in the Eu) and made the whole communication process as complicated as possible.

Never buy from this company if you want quality products or even a chance of seeing your money back within less than 3 months

Ordered a jacket and a pair of pants! Was more after the jacket

Neither arrived for weeks and I was chasing.

Was then told the jacket had sold out four weeks later and I picked a replacement
This replacement I picked NEVER ARRIVED.

Still waiting for my refund for the jacket. It’s a shame because they clearly had a nice product but I’m assuming they don’t have the stock in they sell. Terrible terrible experience

Basically a form of theft.
Do not buy a thing from this company.
Poor quality products which when returned they claim they have not received them despite the items being returned tracked and signed. They have stolen money by not refunding.

Steer clear - this company is awful.

DO NOT BUY.. Save yourself the disappointment of the awful quality cheap Chinese material. What I ordered was nowhere near what arrived. Absolute waste of time and money.
